The Hotel is well situated near the shops and restaurants at Hunt Valley. It is a large, impressive, modern hotel. As you might expect, some staff are more friendly and helpful than others. My room was a good size, with comfortable bed, good storage, Wi Fi and shower. The room was quiet, away from the bustle of the atrium. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the evening meal here was very nice albeit the service was very slow. There are laundry facilities and a pool/spa, although the opening hours are limited.

Can be a relatively long wait for the lifts.

The food was amazing but better than that the staff were impeccable. They’re attitudes the way they talk to people if you needed something they were very attentive, which is not something that you get in five star hotels and other places and so that was so impressive the lady who took my reservation because I made changes was so accommodating and went above and beyond and I’m trying to think of her name but I’m getting a bit old. I think it was Samantha or Susan she was just amazing just the whole staff, the bartender Was one of my favorites as well for that happy hour, so I am impressed and this is my new hotel. There was only one elevator working, so being in close to the top floor, it was a bit of hassle waiting to get back up and down.

Staff was very friendly & helpful.

I was overcharged for my room but staff made the adjustment immediately. The pool area was overcrowded & they had to close the area for cleaning but never told anyone that they opened it back up.

The location there is a shopping center close by. The free amenities, breakfast, happy hour, and free parking during my visit in October.

1. Did not have a phone in the room. Had to call the front desk from my mobile phone. 2. The front desk information indicated happy hour 5:30- 7:30 pm, kitchen personnel removed food 5pm. They said that the time period changed and info was not updated. 3. Guest will have to start paying for overnight parking starting November 1st, 2023. Why? It has been free parking on the parking lot since the 1980's.

The breakfast was amazing

I didn’t like how mean the lady was at the bar. I checked in around 5 and when I heard it was complimentary drinks I got excited and went over to the bar. The lady was very rude for no reason. Seeing this attitude on the start of my vacation was very upsetting to me . It changed my whole mood for my vacation

Very quiet hotel. Beds super comfortable. Staff very friendly. We stay here whenever we come to the Baltimore area.

Breakfast could have had another attendant at the station. Not ok to wait 25 minutes to order an omlet. It could be because it was a holiday. But the bacon was behind the counter and had to wait in line to ask for it

The location is good for the shops at Hunt Valley. Room good size, comfortable, good storage. Generally quiet. WiFi good. Breakfast, especially the Omelette and Waffle facility, very good. Staff helpful.

The Spa was disappointing. When I used it, it was more like a hot bath.

Everything Was Great. The Room Was Very Comfortable and All The Staff That I Interacted With Were Professional But Personable Also. The Ambiance and Decor Throughout The Hotel Was Very Good.

There Were Guests With Animals Staying At The Hotel and I’m Severely Allergic To Animals (Dogs and Cats). Individuals Like Myself Are Often Disregarded When Facilities Are Pet-Friendly.

Absolutely loved the ability to use the app for everything!! Omg it made check in and out also not to mention no worries about deactivating a room key loved it

Maybe a reserved smoking area could be sectioned off it was hell walking through a cloud of smoke in my evening gown #Pew
