It’s a nice place, big rooms, great staff, situated in a pleasant area with nice shopping and restaurants.

The pictures are deceptive and the website needs to be updated. It said there was a pool, but when we got there they told us it was permanently closed since COVID. It was an outdoor pool and I was expecting g to go for a dip since the weather was hot and we could see the pool just outside our window. This was much of the reason to go to this hotel!

The hotel is in a lovely setting with easy access to I-83. The complimentary breakfast offered is adequate, though not fancy.

The weekend desk staff people were pleasant but not able to help us with a noise issue that they simply said couldn't be resolved until Monday or later.

Location was great for our needs although you will need a car to get to restaurants. Helpful staff especially the lady at the front desk when we checked in. Breakfast was ok when it wasn’t crowded. Limited shops opened in the mall. Large room tastefully furnished. Fitness center was a good size and fully equipped. There’s a coin laundry.

The elevator can take some time. Walls are thin - we could hear our neighbors voices and kids talking in the hallway.

The property was clean. Great location

The bar was poorly stocked. While Donald did a great job…he was very attentive and professional… the contents of the bar were sub par. They really need to offer a greater selection of spirits particularly their vodkas and rums.

Spacious & comfortable room. Good location with free, onsite parking. Hotel staff is very nice. More breakfast options than most hotels. Located adjacent to a small upscale shopping center with restaurants and boutique stores.

Dell straightened out the payment snafu without any trouble to me. Greatly appreciated!

There was no cereal though you offered a wide range of options. No restaurant for dinner sadly. Mattress was too soft for me but very clean There was only 1 elevator in front. It traveled to the garage level each time I wanted to go up.

Rooms had nice big windows , good location, great staff, comfy beds , close to the activities downtown

No microwave or fridge in room, door to bathroom was hard to close and open, ac didn’t work well took a while to get hot or cold would be super hot at night , curtain didn’t close all the way no matter what we did sunlight came in

The 4th floor room we stayed in had lovely high ceilings and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the shampoo and conditioner in the showers.

Elevators are very old and bathrooms could do with some updating. The included breakfast was not great and the breakfast option next door was overpriced.

Breakfast was good. Maybe put the bagels/bread closer to the toaster.

A little hard to find the hotel main entrance. They need some temporary signs especially since there is construction going on in front of the hotel.

it was a safe haven from a storm and had a bed and ac, so we were happy! the tired but friendly staff was doing their very best to accommodate many local people suddenly out of their homes. The room was clean and comfortable.

Two old elevators were slow, a little tempermental, and unable to handle the volume of guests. the hotel and its main entrance are very tricky to find. maybe it was the stress of the storm, but didn't expect to smell weed in the hallway of this level role of hotel.
