Kindness of the staff. Mr. Dipouc was very kind. He was making sure I was comfortable with my stay and my needs were taken cared of. However, for whatever reason my calls were not answered. I called many times one day prior to my check in and day of my check in to let them know that I will have a late check in, but no one answered my calls. When asked for the reason at the time of my check in, they gave me excuses. This is not the best when it comes to safety. I did not feel safe to go out. It is definitely not safe to walk around at night. Rough neighborhood. Not a safe place to stay with children or family.

We got our money's worth. NO FRILLS Just what we needed - a clean room, a comfortable bed, A/C, working private bathroom/shower. Free private parking. Keep you expectations in check and you'll be happy! Convenient location with a car. My daughter and I walked around the neighborhood - not much to eat close by so we drove a few blocks. convenient for a concert at the arena!

Checkin is thru a window but the guy was very nice.

The staff were very helpful, and I especially appreciated them allowing me space to store my bag until my late departure. They also allowed me to keep the lone iron and ironing board as long as I needed it. (Apparently few other guests ever request them ) The property itself was convenient to public transportation (several bus lines and one light rail station), as well as my intended destination, Oriole Park at Camden Yards. There are a variety of eateries (China Wok, Korean Barbecue, The Empanada Lady, McDonald's, to name a few) in the vicinity, as well as a gas station / convenience store, Lucky Supermarket, and pharmacy in the vicinity of Graffiti Alley (19th 1/2 St). The surrounding area may seem daunting to some, but it's mostly sprawling and scarcely occupied. Motel 6 Baltimore Downtown itself is a veritable oasis. I would gladly stay there again.

It was nice locals were kinda loud but they weren't in the room with me, all and all I got a good couple of nights rest it's an okay for the money 💰.

I stayed there last month and this month and both times my TV didn’t work the first time I mentioned it to staff and no one fixed it the second time I didn’t bother to tell anyone didn’t think it’ll help.

Second time staying here. This place covers the basics. Staff have been friendly both times. Located near Penn Station, the light rail, and several bus stops.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Shower was roomy. Staff was all very nice!

A little rough looking from the outside, but really not that bad. One of the electric outlets was a little loose, but again, not terrible.
