The breakfast was great, and the staff were professional and courteous. The rooms are somewhat outdated - for example, the shades did not work well, and the bathroom was unattractive. The beds were quite comfortable, and the TV worked perfectly. I think the hotel needs an update and it will be even better.

The rooms need an update and refresher

Everything is good and I can't wait to go back there.... even Ms. Gillian, who I think is the hotel manager was very nice to Me and my boyfriend and she treats us like we were like her actually family and it was actually the best experience ever than I ever experience in a hotel setting.... I love the room which is so big and so much space that every penny that they cost you to stay there is worth it and it's the best hotel in the Baltimore area that I like to go to with my boyfriend only because it's basically the best experience.... and I won't lie to anybody about anything that I have experienced during my stay at this particular hotel.... but I'm just basically speaking on my experience during this stay... but the other reviews that others had are not my problem, but that's was during their stay, and I couldn't vouched for others' reviews, but for me and my boyfriend stay was nice and pleasant, and we just wanted a place for a small vacation and just wanted to have a small getaway for ourselves but please don't take others reviews for anything because its based on their stay not yours... but this is basically a very good stay, and we had a very good time ..... so please show this hotel some love....

Basically, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel during my stay... but yall can see for yourselves if you want too... but this hotel is the best I ever experience and I can't wait to go back to this...

We have been staying here on a regular basis when we visit our son in Dundalk. His home is small so we stay at Home2u with our dog. We appreciate their location, welcoming pets, always fulfilling our request for location of room for ease of dog walking and parking close to door entrance, and the great breakfast offerings. It is the only place we stay and will continue to do so.

The hotel is easy to get to from I 95 or White Marsh Center. It appears to be fairly new. The concept of having outdoor grills is just great, especially for extended stays. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice large screen TV and very nice towels which is one of my pet peeves

The pillows were far too soft for my liking. The breakfast was a bit limited. Only 2 omelets when I got to the warmer they were gone. The bacon was way over cooked but they did put outa sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bottles was completely empty and the face wash had about one pump left. It was obvious that they hadn't been refilled in quite some time. On one uses a pint of shampoo or conditioner in a few days

Home2 Suites by Hilton in White Marsh is a great stop for those traveling up and down the East coast. The hotel is located in an very nice area near many places to dine. We recommend Michael’s Cafe and their Split Level Chowder and Crab Cakes. The suite was well-appointed and comfortable too. We did not check out the pool area but, there was a walking path and dog walk area. The breakfast was the average “free” breakfast at any hotel but, it filled our bellies and was just fine. The staff was friendly and helped me get on the internet which was a little tricky (I am not an internet novice).

If I hadn’t stayed somewhere else the night before, I would have been thrilled with the hotel. But, the beds and bedding at Comfort Inn and Suites were far superior. Also, Comfort let us keep our bicycles in our room while we were allowed to store them in a locked meeting room here. We locked them up inside the room but, they still could have disappeared so I was not as comfortable.

They have always assisted us with our request for a room close to dog walk area. Room kitchenette was equipped with anything we needed. Breakfast has nice choices.

Someone had a loud party and left a huge box of bottles in the hall right at doorway which created a safety issue using door. But I guess they can't control behaviors of rude people.

The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, but for us the star was definitely Paul at the front desk. What a nice man, and he made us feel at home.

The bathroom is a bit small to have a door that opens inward, but that’s not something you can change.

Staff was very helpful. Hotel was clean and the pool area was clean and the water was warm, which was the plus.

Our hotel, the bathroom sink didn’t drain the water so it filled up every time we use it. There was leftover food from previous guest in our trashcan. wallpaper was coming off and the dresser drawers didn’t close all the way.

The staff were friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for the price you pay or even recommend it to someone.

However, the location was far from everywhere we had to go, so I’d choose a location closer to the city next time.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were a nice size. The heated pool was a huge bonus, as we had our children with us. We were able to do laundry, and there was a workout room. We booked rooms at this hotel because a pipe burst in our home. We have a large family and were expecting our stay to be not so exciting, being stuck at a hotel,while waiting for our home to be repaired. To our surprise, it ended up being more like a mini vacation without the beach. The staff treated everyone like family. It didn't matter what time of day or night we went through the lobby, they were very welcoming to everyone. There was always free hot coffee, with a variety of flavored creamers .They even offered hot chocolate for the younger guests . They have some things like candy, chips,,drinks , frozen treats and entrees that can be purchased as well, which was nice. The outdoor seating area was very relaxing . This was one of the best hotels our family has ever stayed in.
