I liked the patience the hotel staff gave me for allowing me to fix my bank card issue. The hotel staff saw how frustrated I was trying to get the bank card representative to come to the phone. Before fixing the issue, the hotel staff was very nice to reduce my hotel price. I thought that was very unsual but yet appreciated. Not only that, the staff helped me when needed due to my limited vision. I ordered pizza and requested the hotel staff to bring it up to my room instead of the delivery driver. They honored my request.

i didnt like how the bathroom layout of the towels and wash cloths. It was hard for me to find the towels and washcloths in the bathroom. The toilet was to close to the bathroom door which made it hard to close the door. The trash can and bathroom trash can was too small. I had alot of trash to discard and the trash cans were not sufficient.

The lobby was bright and clean, close enough to public transportation stops and the interstate for personal transportation. My room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good and affordable.

The bathroom in the room was kind of small, the toilet wasn’t fully secure, and the sink had a slow drain if it got too full of water. My mattress also had a bit of a dip on one side. A portion of the front desk staff were pleasant, and others seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

I think when hotels say they have breakfast, people don't assume that it has to be paid for when first booking, but it's only 5 dollars and the breakfast is really good. I told myself I'd pay way more than 5 dollars any other place so it wasn't an inconvenience for me.

I found last minute 9 PM online, Roden at 11 PM, front counter. How to smile? How to get conversation went to bed in a nice comfy. Clean large bed and woke up to. A good. Breakfast with crunchy, bacon, oikos greek yogurt, and all the other goods and a chef/waiter, that was very cordial And helpful

No complaint at all

Hotel was easy to get to from highway. Had ample parking and an attached restaurant. Room was spacious, clean, and well taken care of. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was in good shape. Optional breakfast was extremely good. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Other than the attached restaurant, not a lot around the hotel to do without a car. It was fine for our needs.

The location was nice, we did not have time to enjoy the breakfast in the mornings. We did enjoy being able to walk over to Chili's for dinner.

There was nothing that we didn't enjoy other than the mini fridge was not plugged in when we first got to the room and we had to plug it in ourselves and let it cool down.

Location, breakfast available ($5 each, good value and convenient.

Some traffic noise noticeable in our 4th floor room at night. The location is near I83, so understandable. Someone or someone’s were going down our 4th floor hallway 1AM pushing on door handles, noisy, including ours. Disconcerting, but stopped, so did not call front desk or police.

Location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. I also liked that there was a restarant attached that I could get to from inside the hotel. Very convenient.

The heating/ac unit was a bit noisy and I had a hard time finding the temperature that worked for the room. But that was really all that I found a bit annoying.

The location is good and easy to find. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. I felt safe staying here with my daughter for 3 days. The parking lot is well lit at night. I would stay here again.

The black chef with the limp was Awesome. He was very attentive to our needs and made the breakfast experience for me and my family a great one. He is a great asset to your team.
