Location, comfortable, clean 👌

I went for an event, and my parking ticket was validated for the event organizer, but the hotel still charged me for the parking in the end I called, and they told me that they would validate the ticket and the charges would be removed, but they didn't. I think it is very disappointing that they don't keep what they told me over the phone call. No breakfast included , but it should include due to the high price.

Fantastic stay at the Sheraton. Perfect location to downtown Towson and colleges nearby. Check in was simple and received a free gift as a platinum member. I highly recommend you stay here if you are new to the area and dropping your kids off to one of the many colleges in the local area.

I stay at this hotel whenever I am traveling in the area for my daughters school. It is perfectly situated across the street from the mall transportation. Parking in the garage is validated by the hotel staff. The breakfast option is wonderful and the staff is truly outstanding.

Loved the property and location. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

I didn’t see valet and would have liked that when arriving, instead of carrying everything from the garage to the building.

Did not eat

The fixtures in the bathroom need to be worked on. The cold water handle was falling off and toilet wasn't screwed down. As it moved when getting up and sitting down.

It was very comfortable, and nice. The views were pretty good, albeit not used for long by us since we arrived late and left early the next morning.

Signage to get into the hotel itself. The signs and directions were not clear. We circled the hotel 1 or 2x before we decided to use what ultimately was the entrance that we needed.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and nicely decorated.

Late opening for restaurants/bar made the hotel seem very empty. Also the common areas were dingy and not well kept. Our meeting room was locked upon arrival and we continually had to let people into the room during our meeting because the doors were locked.

The comfort and location of the room was excellent

The staff are rude. I was charged double for my room. When I tried to get help the lady told me it wasn’t anything she could do for me.

It was clean and comfortable. Great location!

The coffee café wasn't open often thus not able to access snacks etc without leaving hotel.

the staff was so friendly and professional- they accommodated us with an unforeseen super late check out time request.

noisy into the night passed 11pm… must have been a wedding party or something
