Spacious suite with all the amenities one can ask for, the stay was excellent

The old clunker refrigerator was noisy at night, making sleeping very hard to get. And the bedding is coarse and hot - good for winter you might think, but they actually make sleeping at night difficult. I am a deep sleeper who has always had 8+ hours of sleep, but this bedding kept me up till 4am to wake up the morning at 5 to go to work. That experience would’ve easily given the facility a low low grade, but I am mature enough to understand that there are really things that are great about them like the great staff, and spacious room suites and super clean bathrooms and floors, and location. I know that they mean to keep guests warm in the winter, but with the AC heating up, there’s no need for an added layer of heat. Cool satin sheets will do the trick.

i 'm a very light sleeper, traffic and parking noise can disturb my sleep easily. i like that the staff is always trying to meet my specific need to be placed on rear of building, on the 2nd or 3rd floor. they always seem to be able to accommodate that, and i'm VERY appreciative.

I do think there should be more or brighter lighting in the parking lots during night hrs. there are high bushes near parking where someone could hide to ambush unsuspecting residents fairly easy..

the pluses are that the hotel is located just seconds of the highway rte. #83. There's always good easy parking. they were helpful in fulfilling my request for 2nd or 3rd floor and a room on the rear of building, which is very important to me. althoiugh the receptionist was newer to me, he handled my check in swiftly.

the sour point would be that there fire alarm was triggered, and created a extremely irratating, if not ear piercing sound, which took them nearly 20 mins to shout it off. also i book here frequently and the price jumped up almost $30.00 dollars from the last booking.

i like the conveniene to the the highway and restaurants. i like they always accommodate my preference of room choice. their parking lot is lite well at night.

pain problem is every room is not the same, so its often a crap shoot as to whether u have proper lighting, up to date amenities, some room carpeted, other are not, some rooms have lamps with usb charging stations, while others do not, and the idea of a single small trash bin rather than one for the bathroom, and one for the bed and lounge area, i find inconvenient. they are otherwise a dang good fit for me. thanks

i always prefer to be situated off the ground flooe and in a room on rear of building, because they always appear to be much quieter than fonrt or floor level rooms. i was given a 3rd floor room in front, even after the receptionist told me i was in luck cause most of their check outs were on the 3rd floor. i should've been given what i requested or at least told only front rooms were free. i wasn't afforded that privilege.

convenience to interstate, lots of restaurant choices, gas, etc... well lite parking, fairly quiet location, and room corridors. fast elevator, and always an easy check in. the staff gentleman whose checked me in often is always extremely courteous, i always get a check in call making sure all is well with room.

an improvement for me would be, all lamps having working bulbs. (this has been an issue on several says. 2 trash containers, as opposed to a single one,

Very welcoming staff and incredibly helpful. Very grateful for the laundry available to guests.

The only issue we had was people banging on our door at 2am on Monday morning. Not sure if they mistook us for someone else.

nice staff this trip, quiet in corridors, clenn lighted parking lot,fast elevator, and general overall an easy stay, which is what i always look for. located near several estaablished restaurantes and gas stations.

the air conditioning in roomms i find is difficult to keep at a decent level. its seems to get to cold or turned down too hot. they need to have cleaning staff check all lights to maake sure they all work n rooms.
