It was tightly tucked away next to Sams Club and wasn't crazy about this BUT Bill I think his name was at the front desk was just truly the best gracious funny and so accommdating. My father has trouble walking and he switched our room to one that was available right next to the elevator so he would not have to walk very far at all - and gave water for us to take to our room. The hotel itself is not large and the interior felt surprisingly boutique-ish and comfortable - was so clean and the room was up to date, clean and really just perfect.

Quartus, Tasha and Bill greet you with a smile and make you feel at home. I love the large desk to spread out my work. The bed was comfortable. I slept well which is the most important thing. Loved that I had a bathtub - so rare these days.

The shower was broken so there was not much water pressure from the shower head. All the water went through the faucet at my feet. I prefer a hand held shower head so that you can easily clean yourself properly.

Loved everything. Its my 5th (I believe) stay at this hotel in that many years. Want to give special recognition to Bill at the front desk who bent over backwards to fulfill my request for rooms adjoining/near each other. It was not originally done and he was able to put us across the hall from each other and that was great. One minor thing-the shampoo bottle was new and I could not get it to pump. Ok because I had brought some. May want to double check the pumps when the cleaning service does the rooms.

Just that the pump bottles sometimes do not pump.

The stay met my expectations.

Check in, I arrived at 2:30, but had to wait to 3:00 to check in......The room was ready but the front desk doesn't get notified by housekeeping until 3:00...... why can't housekeeping just keep the front desk updated as rooms are ready? Why do customers have to wait around for that magic hour!

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms and showers.

The price was quite steep for 1 night. I could see if we had a jacuzzi in our room, a full kitchen or something for $220. Breakfasts could be expanded a bit to offer more hot items. More parking for disabled guests would be great too. Non slip shower mats or flooring definitely needs to be incorporated inside the shower but we were only offered a towel to put on the shower floor to minimize a slip and fall?? 😳. Good thing I brought non slip shower shoes.

Everything perfect. Very comfortable bed! There were as well some healthy breakfast things like fresh fruit, slized almonds and real eggs.

We would have loved to have some more healthy things like yogourt without sugar etc and sustainable things like no plastic bottles, no plates and cutlery to throw away etc.

Food was good. Would have liked more to choose from.

Getting to the hotel is a little difficult as there's only one way into the property and the intersection and railroad make it harder to get in and out of the entrance. A second entrance toward York Rd. would make it much easier for out of town guests to come and go during their stay with you.

Tasha at the front desk was AMAZING! We had a leak in our bathroom and she promptly got us switched to a new room right across the hall. She was so helpful

Breakfast: Oatmeal and coffee were great. I didn’t care for the waffles or breakfast meat.

The only thing that was not pleasant was a strange smell in the hallway on the 6th floor.

I am a health food person and not too keen on the white flour and sausage kind of breakfast, but it was okay for what it was, EXCEPT THE COFFEE, which was horrid If you can fill a cup to the brim with coffee and still see the bottom, you know someone does not know how to make coffee. It was like that both mornings.
