The suite was clean very comfortable, felt like home.i loved the authentic dish ware ! They staff were excellent 👏🏽 provided everything we need ❤️ they were very nice...my kids got to log into netflix and 😎 chill...we stayed two nights it was amazing...the breakfast was fresh .we checked out the gym 🏋️‍♂️ which was a fun experience for the kids since they never attended...the on-site store was also a major plus we didn't have to leave the facility at all .....this place we will most definitely be visiting again ....100/10

I have been staying at the Hunt Valley property since the mid2000s —with the exception of the pandemic years. Staff is generally well-trained. The breakfast is okay. It used to be outstanding. Rosario is polite and positive but is less involved with breakfast and its choices than prior years

Breakfast budget has not grown with inflation and cost of goods. It’s bare bones. Not as good as in previous years. That said, I will continue to stay at your Hunt Valley Residence Inn.😊

Staff was especially nice. The receptionist Renee is incredible. I was having a horrible day and she reversed it. What a special person. Every hotel should have a Renee.

Parking lot was alittle icy.

Location was convenient and near retail stores/restaurants but off the main road for quietness and a sense of privacy. Room was quiet and comfortable, breakfast was good.

Breakfast area was too crowded, difficult to access food on countertop. Area was simply too small considering the number of customers.

Have stayed here many times. It is a good experience. The property is well maintained.

Only one minor issue: TV wasn’t functional. Oddly, I had a Tv problem when I stayed there a month ago, as well. But it was not a huge issue.

The staff was amazing. The rooms and overall hotel were well kept even with a dog show going on in the area. Very comfortable living area with a full kitchen. Great place to stay where you will get your money's worth. Close to the mall and some great restaurants

Room was nice size and had a home feel to it.

The tv’s didn’t work well. The cable kept glitching and one tv didn’t work at all and the staff came to check it out but didn’t attempt to fix it, I figured out the cable wires were loose and once tightened the tv worked.

Clean, staff was excellent, breakfast excellent, quiet, location, We loved everything

Location and cleanliness

We had dogs with us. Pet fees were not shared when booking the room. They were reasonable but would have liked to know pricing ahead of time.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The front desk employees let us keep a huge vase of flowers there so that we didn't have to drag them back and forth from our room and could just take them to our car right from the lobby. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Also, the water pressure in the shower was amazing!
