Friendly and pricey and courteous staff. The breakfast had a nice selection of foods.

Decaf Coffee in the lobby urns as well as in the room Keurig machine was awful tasting. I found a few small items of trash when I inspected room when I first arrived. Nothing horrible but it showed no one moved the bed between (at minimum) the last guest and me. The floor lamp had a bent plug and loose outlet. Handyman came in right away (yay) but proceeded to unplug and re-plug in the plug without any other work. I was afraid of electricity for him and me.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable and the sheets and bedding felt very luxurious, they had a great feel, plenty of pillows, made it easy to fall asleep, the coffee downstairs was excellent, and the food that was served was also good and a nice variety. the staff was very nice and answered all my questions and ready to help. also like the idea that there was some covered parking in the back, in the event that it rained

i didnt like the coffee in the room, and i didnt like, that being alone i didnt need to shut the door to the bathroom, but if you didnt you couldnt get to the toilet paper. but other than that no complaints.

Clean, comfy bed, nice warm shower with good water pressure and brand name cleansers and shampoos, quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, FABULOUS free breakfast!

Could have used a couple more towels, and I’m 100% sure they would have delivered them with a smile, but since we were staying only one night, I did not ask.

The breakfast was great. The gym was great. The WiFi was good. Close to the light rail train.

There wasn’t always hot water. The bathroom door was to big. It would hit the shower. Needed more hooks for wet towels in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good, however, was only rated at #8 compared to other hotels.

The lobby ladies bathroom to be cleaner. The bathroom set up with toilet paper holder behind the door. Couldn't open refill container to alert staff that soap needed to be changed.

The staff!!! the clean room, and the STAFF!! honestly the staff here are always so kind ! the wifi was wonky on my floor and they offered up multiple solutions and moved me to another room. repeat customer for over 2 years.

no real complaints because the wifi issue was resolved , i have stayed here so often and will continue to as long as the staff are so wonderful! there are some cosmetic issues but the hotel is inexpensive and clean.

The staff, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, all the amenities (like honey for tea), location and surprised that all of this was delivered flawlessly for 3 straight days.

The bathroom was a little small. The traffic out front was a little noisy.

Love this location. The staff is wonderful, always friendly, helpful and so pleasant. Have continued to stay at this location due to the accessibility, hotel cleanliness and the wonderful staff. Also recommend this location.

My grandson had to go to Sheffield school of music in Phoenix md. Holiday Inn was on the perfect location. Made my week so much easier for traveling back and forth.

The rooms were really small to have a king size bed so he corner rooms could use a little updating but very clean.and the elevators are so old it’s a little scary
