The property is in a good location in relation to the reason I am coming to the area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

When I arrived to the hotel, I checked in the evening with my husband and my fur baby. Talk with the front desk and everything. had a whole conversation with them about what kind of dog I had. Checked into my room. Everything was great when I checked out the next morning I was asked did they know you had a dog? My response was yes and they put me in a certain room and I was informed that I was not supposed to be on that floor with a pet. However, no one said anything at check-in and then I was charging an additional $75 pet fee when I informed them from the beginning that I had a pet. I think that’s something that the franchise should have omitted since they did not do it upon check in. Anyway, overall, the hotel was good. I did not make a fuss about it because everything else was nice.

I liked everything about this hotel, wonderful and helpful staff, wonderful location, amazing historical building and huge spotless room. If I'm ever back in Baltimore, I will for sure consider this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely stay and nice memories

The sink was clogged in the bathroom, but it didn't diminish good overall experience. And as a European person, I was shocked with disposable utensils and plastic containers for basically all food during breakfast, but I understand this might be a normal practice in US

The location was ideal, as it was not only a short walk to the beautiful harbor area with plenty of restaurants and attractions, but it was also conveniently close to the school I was I was in the city for, making my trip stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and check-in was a breeze. Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business, and I’d definitely stay here again!

There were a couple of things that could have made the experience even better. I really wish the room had a safe for storing valuables—it's a small but important amenity that I missed during my stay. Also, the lighting at the bathroom vanity was quite dim, making it difficult to get ready in the mornings. Brighter lights would definitely help improve the space. Despite these minor issues, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic.

Always my go-to when in Baltimore for sporting event or concert. They probably have the nicest, most personable staff I have experienced. The location is excellent. Just a couple blocks over from Inner Harbor and not much more of a walk to Camden Yards. I took the train, short car ride to Penn Station. Also a short car ride to BWI

Small detail, but all the ice machines were broken. Also (out of hotel control) construction just outside of hotel during the day and a night club across the street at night can be a little loud

A little crowded, but not bad. Good variety of food choices.

Requested no room cleaning during stay, but was cleaned three times. I don't like wasting plastic bags , changing towels etc and wasting resources. The neighborhood needed some work especially the uneven streets and broken curbstones. We walked everyday to the Convention Center and it was rough.

I never been to Baltimore it was a great experience I enjoyed myself Mrs. Wilhemenia King the director of the front was the person that was meant for me to meet in my life. I had my family with me my kids and my kids father my mama wasn’t there none of my siblings I was feeling down. Mrs. King spoke life in me I needed that

It was kind hot in the hallways and my carpet in my room was wet

I loved the location of this hotel, very close to the harbor and local restaurants. The area appeared to be safe and lively during the holiday. The hotel offered hot breakfast which changed daily. The beds were comfy and plush. The hotel was obviously older but, the stay was nice and allowed for rest. Not noisy at all

As a bonvoy member only water was given( I’m appreciative) but, choice hotels offer water and snacks and so do other Marriott locations. I didn’t like the juice being served during breakfast it was watered down. I also didn’t like that patrons of the hotel are forced to pay a ridiculously high valet parking through a third party company. Also this maybe more for the city but, there was limited parking on the street for the guest! The rugs/carpet in the rooms are dated for suites. Also, there is just one tiny bar of soap.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms very spacious and beds very comfortable. Good water pressure, hot water ready in the bathroom. A plus: a little sofa and area to work with a desk, also a super plus: microwave, coffee maker, and a small refrigerator. They also have a little "store" next to the reception that has some very handy things and food. Really close to the harbor (2 blocks). An good price for value. Most definitely recommended.

Beautiful historic property. Location was close to everything. We walked to the light rail, subway and to Camden Yards for Orioles game. Staff was great, the rooms are huge. Loved the large windows.

There’s a parking garage to the left of the building. Being there were several events that weekend- the noise, car alarms from the garage were loud and echoed.

The location and staff was outstanding during our stay the complimentary breakfast and attendant who was a lady was very friendly and comfortable and the evening staff help desk (also a lady) very very friendly as well as helping son our first night there she recommended a place called "MO'S" good food and pleasant staff as well! Thanks to these employees as well as our stay we will definitely be back! Thank you for everything! Kris M.
