We stayed at three different hotels during the trip. They had the best accommodations and the best free breakfast. Hotel was very clean and the room had a big shower which was better for older people. The rest of the hotels we stayed at had bath tubs with no hold bars to assist getting in and out. The Holiday Inn had both a microwave and refrigerator.

The only problem we had was accessing the tv. This we were told was because of an update by Comcast. We still had access to all the programs but they just did not match Comcast's menu. When we called the desk for help, they quickly came to our room and explained the problem.

Check in was quick and friendly, room was up to date and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The room was not as clean as I would like it. There was make up on the pillowcase and a little blood on the side of the bed. My family stayed because our power was out so I was too exhausted to complain. I just cleaned it up with my lysol wipes and went to sleep.

We used this hotel as a "crash pad" to maintain our sanity after 2 nights of not having power or water at home. We had two queen beds to accommodate 4 adults and the room was comfortable/spacious enough. There was a refrigerator, TV, blowdryer, coffee maker, microwave and enough electrical plugs for our gadgets. The beds were comfortable in terms of linens, pillows, etc. Parking is very easy, lots of it. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Checkout was via an SMS only so it was awesome that way. Breakfast was included in our room and it was fairly generous - lots of breads, pancake maker, yogurt, cereal, sausages and eggs, of course coffee, tea and some juices. Location is near some restaurants and besides Checkers if you want burgers. We tried to have food delivery and it worked well.

TV didn't have Netflix or any interesting channels (no streaming service/s) and there were only 3 towels for a party of 4 - we could've asked but it was getting too late and we just felt like crashing! There was some loud shouting and arguing in the room across ours - seemed like a violent domestic dispute, we could hear someone being "thrown" and crying very loudly. Not a fault of the hotel at all but wondering if this is something that they could've acted on.

I like the hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous. I would stay there again. But that trash needs to be clean. The price was good for a suite.

The room was clean. When I pulled out the sofa bed it was used and unused condoms behind the sofa bed. And there was other trash behind the sofa bed.

Friendly staff, the complimentary breakfast was good. We found decent parking. The location of the hotel put us in the vicinity to get to the other locations we came down to enjoy, such as the inner harbor. You have a mall and eateries in area. Under 20 minutes to get to all places we can to visit in the short time we stayed.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel, including our room, was very nice and clean. We traveled for a funeral and, after a long drive and saddened hearts, we were very thankful to have warm, friendly greetings from the hotel staff and a comfortable and calm stay. Thank you very much for that.

it was located about a 25 minute drive from downtown Baltimore and there's many shops and restaurants near the hotel Also plenty of parking space for the hotel.

I booked for 1 room and when I got to the hotel I was told I booked 2 rooms but on the booking app it shows it was only 1 room booked and I was charged a 25 dollar fee to remove the second room that I never booked.

The breakfast was very good & had a great selection of hot & cold—even Cinnabons!!!The location was perfect for us—3 miles to UMBC softball 🥎 field & 4 minutes to St. Mark’s Church—google made travel very easy.

The outside entrance as you approach the Hotel could have been more attractive & welcoming. The front entrance is not easy to get into from the parking lot.

Staff was pleasant, lobby was nice, clean, very beatiful

The room wasn't as nice as excepted. After staying there many times before, this was the first time the room was not good. There was a crack in the bathroom shower, a whole in the curtain, the beds were made but the sheets wrinkled really bad. After talking to management, they didn't have any resolutions.

The location was great. The breakfast was good as well. The day people at the front desk was very nice and helpful. When I had an issue in my room the got to it right away.

The night person at the front desk was not at the front desk he was sitting in the lounge area on his computer when I walked in. My refrigerator was not working.
