The main credit goes to the staff of this hotel - at the reception we were greeted by chill and friendly guys, my issue with a room was solved immediately by offering another room, with no fuss, just a super quick and efficient solution. We also had to check out early due to a change in our flight, this was sorted out without any problem too, we were even refunded for a night when we were not there. Cudos to amazing staff The room was simple but spotless, quite big, and not worn out. The bathroom was also spotless, very bright, everything looked brand new

I loved how the staff were very attentive, very friendly and helpful, big spacious hotel and the breakfast and ambiance was exceptional !! The receptionist was stupendous, she helped me so much !!! I can’t wait to stay again, let me not forget the decor and lighting, so if you are a content creator, you have great lighting and a beautiful room to film content !!!

I love everything from the moment we arrived to when we left. MacKenzie was absolutely great and was nice and helpful and looked like he knew what he was doing.

Only thing was there was no clear sign to pull up to the right when leaving the hotel. I had to go back inside and ask because the automatic gate wouldn't open when I pulled up.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was great — fresh and with plenty of options. The rooms were very comfortable, and overall, everything was just perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I wanted to leave a tip for the maid but only had large bills. I wanted to break it at the front desk but they said it was a no cash hotel. It would be nice if we could electronically tip the staff. Also we had two dogs, and there is no area for them to do their business

As soon as you walked in, you felt extremely welcomed, and the lady who checked me in was extremely helpful. The property itself was very well-maintained and how well the employees keep up with the property.

I could honestly say that there was nothing that I did not like at this time.

This hotel is located just A 1minute walk to the Horseshoe casino and a 15 minute walk to the Ravens stadium. It a perfect if you you are yo Baltimore and need to close to downtown.

It was super clean! The breakfast was in a way impressive with the omelets otherwise it’s a typical hotel breakfast.

Unfortunately an elevator was down so it was slower but still okay.

Very close to the stadium (walking distance). they offer a paid parking but worth it. The room was clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast team worked hard to keep things fueled and clean.
