The room was spacious and beautiful we LOVED the bathroom that was the best part of the room. The space, the mirrors, the shower and the seat in the shower, the removal shower heads were GREAT! The staff was really friendly at the front desk. Loved the décor and the seating inside of the room

The beds weren't super comfy and almost didn't seem like enough bedding on the bed, but maybe that's because it's summer time and you don't need a lot of bedding or a comforter in the room just felt thin. Also, would have liked a more comfortable bed felt kind of soft and not firm. NO MIRCOWAVE definitely disappointing. A hotel of this caliber should definitely have a micro wave especially considering that you don't offer room service and NO POOL was a definite disappointment. Also didn't like that I couldn't do early check in or late check out without a small fuss about it even tho I asked the representative about this prior and he told me we could have a late check out til 12pm we were then rushed out by 11am then they extended it to 11:30am. So that part was annoying to me.

Bellman was very helpful and polite. He went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. Loved him he was there I when we arrived and, in the morning, when we left. He was knowledgeable regarding the shows. The clerk that checked me out found mistake made when the other person checked me in and didn't correct property and went to the manger to have the issue resolved before i knew it.

Service at David was slow for Brunch due to staff being new.it was far to many new employees on one shift. Took over an hour to just get drinks. People that came in afterwards with large parties received drinks and food before us.

This was simply an absolutely wonderful stay. The lighting in the room was excellent the overall room was beyond my expectation and the location is fabulous. Definitely will stay again!

It was no BIG DEAL but I simply did not understand why it was mandatory for staff to enter the room each day. As stated it was no problem for me as I simply go about my day. I figured it was important as maybe they have found someone deceased in a room before and have to check each day. Just curious.

I had a 2 day flight delay and I was by myself so I booked md live . Their website said they had a shuttle to. Airport. They did not so I had to call an Uber instead. The shuttle was a big part of why I chose to stay there. The front desk told me they hadn't had a shuttle service for several years. The website should be updated so guests do not encounter this problem.

Thought my overall stay was excellent, staff was so accommodating and friendly. Hotel was accessible to not only Casino but also shopping. Restaurants and bars were excellent.

My check in was delayed because the room was not ready. I wanted a late check out and the hotel would only complement us for 1/2 hour. Finally, when we got into the room it would have been nice to have shower cap, make up remover, extra wash clothes and bigger towels available.

I liked everything about my stay the location and staff was good but I really loved the room very spacious and the bed was comfortable

I liked everything about my stay but if I had to say one thing I disliked it would be the valet parking when checking in our vehicle it took along time for the guy to help us and when checking out our vehicle it took along time for them to bring it for 30 dollars I felt it would be better service

We were there for a graduation happening in the event center and this made it easy to attend. The facilities were excellent. The room was beautiful and well-appointed. The staff was attentive and helpful. We didn't take advantage of the casino only due to timing of this trip, but would definitely in the future.

I would have liked to have water in the room or at check-in. Due to many graduation events happening each day at the event center, we couldn't use valet parking but did have access to the garage.

We came to see a comedy act and of course to play some games tho we didn't hit the jackpot it was fun and they offered a smoking game room to we were double dating this night and the other couple enjoyed this very much we also tried it to was a first of many thing that me and my husband are trying to do

Well group from the country it would have been nice to have some type of map. and a how to on the elevator.

The room was clean, but not ready when we arrived. There was some confusion regarding the "free breakfast" and the front desk manager was involved at check in. However, she was able to address it immediately.

The long lines to check in; the wait after we pre-registered. Not enough seating in the lobby area while we waited for almost an hour to get a room.

Location was perfect. Stayed here for a convention and had everything I needed on site. Great restaurants and loved the next door mall. Beds were really comfortable and staff was extremely cheery and helpful.

Went to the cafe located next to the lobby several times, every time I experienced either really slow service or a messed up order.
