Very nice hotel, room was very comfortable and well designed. Staff was helpful in extending the stay

We were in Maryland and still running on California time. We were always getting back to the room late. The staff was not very helpful or understanding about a late check-out. I was also disappointed at the condition of the flags in front of the hotel. The US flag was in fair condition, but it should be replaced. The Maryland flag and the third flag were totally tattered and faded, to the point of not being able to identify the third flag

Not good, eggs and sausage did taste good, orange very bad taste old spoiled, the only juice offered. Fruit was not ripped. Coffee not available 24 hrs. Cereal old. Was there 4 days ate twice too see if it would be better this next. Very disappointed. Maybe when I come back in three , everything will be better tasting.

Everything, needs to be fresher.

It was clean staff was nice

I called town early and asked for a late stay until 1 and the desk clerk, a man, said ok. Then the shift changed, and a Woman, called up and asked if I was leaving. It was 1130 and I told her that the desk clerk said it was OK if I had a late check out and she said she cannot do a late check out and I could not stay until one. So there was either some miscommunication or the desk clerk, they gave me permission to stay till one was uninformed that I was not allowed to stay till one other than that I was satisfied with my visit.

There was a decent hot breakfast and sides and coffee every morning Parking was easy Rooms were super spacious Staff were friendly and responsive There was an indoor pool (didn't use) which is nice to know for next time

Sometimes there was a slight smell of a joint, but that was not their fault, as smoking is not allowed on the property AC wasn't very strong, I had to get a box fan to help sleep

The price, and being comfortable

The breakfast. The staff didn't do a good job in maintaining a clean area to eat during breakfast. They were also slow in the replenishment of the food. It seemed like they were short-staffed. Also the toilet was leaking in my room. I called for maintenance. No one showed while I was there.

Breakfast was fantastic with nice varieties, but time is not enough.

Not enough time for breakfast, food were packed off while some guests were still waiting to eat. Add bottles of drinking water in the room for guest welcome as we had to buy water

Kids running through out the hall both nights I was there. On and off. I think it was a group of kids on a field trip. I know kids will be kids just at night when trying to relax. That would be the only thing I would staff could have done better with.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The staff was very friendly. Marisol in the breakfast area took time to talk to my 9 year old grandson about the food selection they had. She was very sweet and patient with him.

New and clean. Great friendly front desk staff. Location is excellent with access to major highways like I-95 a minute away. Plenty of restaurants and shops around within walking distance.

Quick check in & out. Quiet and peaceful. Liked the at home set up in the room. Breakfast was pretty good.

I was told my room was updated to a jacuzzi suite but it did not work apparently the room was a bigger king but just for show but had a jacuzzi in it the front desk clerk said. The shower needed to be a little more spacious and the light in the ceiling kept flickering.
