The shuttle service is reliable and a short drive between the hotel and airport. While I live near Baltimore, I enjoy staying at the hotel after a long flight and usually arrive at night and don't necessarily feel like driving home. I like the lounge/bar area and usually some interesting people there. Staff is helpful. I also like that I can leave my vehicle there for long term parking which is cheaper than long term parking at BWI.

During my last stay, I enjoyed the breakfast that's included with the stay at the hotel. While it's nice they make omelettes, etc. to order, the line gets long quickly and takes a good while to get your turn. Seating for breakfast gets full quickly.

This stay was definitely different than any other stay. I always book asking for a walk in shower because my husband is a amputee and this time they gave us a tub. I asked for a shower chair once we got to the room and saw that there was a tub and we had to call 3 times before it was delivered. I didn’t want to complain because we always enjoy the hotel but this time we were inconvenienced because we had plans that night and he had to sit on the toilet to have a bird bath in the tub 🫤

That there were a lot of unsupervised kids at the pool that were rude and inconsiderate. Didn't really get to enjoy the pool as much. Also the bed wasn't as comfy and the fridge didn't work properly. Parking was decent at first until later that night it was impossible to find parking had to park around the building when paying customers should have parking in the front especially with tons of heavy luggage it's a inconvenience as well

The omelet chef at the breakfast area cooks an amazing egg. We actually cancelled our brunch plans the next day to have breakfast at Embassy Suites!. Ample variety of pastries and beverages plus the waffle station was well kept. The entire indoor area is quite unique with the rooms circled around the lounge/bar/breakfast buffet. We rented a suite and having a separate living room with couch and recliner truly made a difference and like a premium stay.

The pool was closed/under maintenance which was one particular feature we booked for due to staying in a cold weather city in winter.

We stayed at the hotel because it was convenient to Camden Yards. The shuttle to the light rail was a nice addition so we didn't have to drive to the ball park.

When we got back to the light rail station from the game, we called the hotel to request a shuttle pick up as instructed. After waiting 40 minutes for the shuttle I called back to check on the shuttle. I tried calling three different times but the phone was never answered. After an hour we requested an Uber back to the hotel. It was quite disappointing.

I booked a room there due to an early flight the next moring and was concerned BWI longterm parking might be full due to close to major holiday. Plus I like there's a shuttle every half hour to the airport. The hotel also offers longterm parking at cheaper rate than BWI. I also enjoyed the small bar to grab some food, enjoy a game on the tv and some beverages.

Would be nice if the bar was a llitle larger, but not a big deal. If you keep your vehicle at the hotel parking while out of town, it is cheaper than BWI longterm, but it's not a secure parking lot. But I had no issues.

It was very close to the airport. I’m very clean a lot of people there because parking was hard to find at night.

Parking the only thing I can think of there was a lot must’ve been a lot of people staying there or events which made it harder to find a good spot to park. When we first checked in to our room, the refrigerator wasn’t in place. It was a microwave. It looked like somebody maybe one worker or something comes into the room to fix lunch because there’s there were noodles underneath the sink and so I had to rearrange my room, so I was kind of leery when I first came Over, I can’t think of anything else

Breakfast good. Reception staff a little stiff. Not rude but not very welcoming. The ride from airport good but need some clarity about where to wait for limo. A couple of calls to hotel gave two different sets of pick up points. Staff also need to realize that visitors may not be familiar with local terminology, eg gates, doors or pick up numbers.

Excellent customer service skills from the front desk , the bartenders and the maintenance staff. I had a issue with the shower my first morning, after calling the front desk maintenance responded within ten minutes and fixed the issue immediately ! You had a young man who did a excellent job providing security during the Evening hours I observed patrolling the parking lot as I pulled up and later he was posted near the front door greeting residents and providing a strong security presence. Happy hour was great , my room was spacious and comfortable the common areas were clean and spacious , parking was no problem just a overall great experience. I've stayed at multiple hotels in the area Embassy suites is definitely the best !

The restaurant service was very slow on Saturday night , one hour for burger and fries , is ridiculous they were definitely under staffed in the kitchen area .

The openness, free drink at happy hour and great breakfast options! This hotel is also located in a good area, near food options but also not far from highway for travel.

The only thing I could say I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub, you could see a ring around the pool and a layer of scum on the filter in the hot tub.
