I liked the apartment overall; we had all the amenities we needed. The first night, we were put in an apartment without a working AC, but after we reported the issue, we were moved to another apartment. Additionally, we were granted a late checkout for no extra cost. We liked the breakfast as well as the seating area. The gym was decent - we used the treadmills on two separate days.

The only issue I had was that our building and apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. The room was cleaned and our carpet was thoroughly sprayed but the smell was still overpowering. We did also experience people starting their cars early in the morning and letting the car idle in order to start it. I know people need to get to work, but this was excessively loud and lasted about 30 minutes each morning around 6:30am.

The continental breakfast was very good. There was a decent selection of items, good coffee. The location was great for visiting the Inner Harbor, very easy to find. The size of the room exceeded my expectations. Would definitely book again.

The only thing I would change is the comfort of the sofa bed. The mattress could have been slightly thicker and additional bedding would have been preferable. To be fair, we didn't ask for additional bedding, which I'm sure would have been provided.

The check in was smooth. Bunnie, front desk customer service, was so pleasant, friendly, caring, and kind. She is very personable. Our room was clean. The accommodations were nice for the pricing. The location is in a good area. Not far from gas stations/convenience stores, restaurants, major highways, and Baltimore Harbor.

The entry to our building smelled like animals and stale air. The parking could offer more spaces.

It was quiet until the night before I left, then by chance a junior cheerleader competition turned up and it became the opposite! Good location for me to attend a seminar over two days 15 minutes walking from hotel. 15 mins walking to 7 eleven or Dunkin’ Donuts. This meant I did not need a car. Room was spacious. All functioned as intended. Staff helped me out with a couple of odd ball things as I couldn’t get my phone to operate correctly. No noise from road traffic and just tangible sound from airport. I had a third floor room which I found the stairs way quicker than the elevator, but there is good access if you need it. I noted the dog friendly hotel but did not notice any adverse smell to the property.

Could you make the deer come a little closer as I could not see them clearly! :-) nothing to report.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was simple and easy. This is a great example of a nice clean mid-star hotel It is nothing fancy but it's more than enough for the average traveler or the person looking for a place near the airport. They offer a great breakfast included in your stay and affordable laundry service as well. the TVs are online so can stream from a Netflix account or enjoy YouTube which is nice. I also love the fact that the room has a kitchen in it so we were able to cook and enjoy hot meals without ordering in or going out.

1. the room has no ceiling lights only lamps which can be a bit dark at night. 2. the tub was a bit stained and old. 3. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear anything louder than normal talking. 4. The location is rather industrial so there is really nothing to outside with out traveling 10 or 15 minutes away.

the suite was roomy and very quiet! Fit us all comfortably!

The only thing we thought could change is the hours the airport transportation. Flying in late, sometimes due to weather delays, causes angst of its own. To not be able to depend on transportation back to the hotel only adds to it. We do thank the front desk receptionist for calling us an Uber! that was great customer service!!

Check in was easy although it's cheaper to book online than to book through them and you pay less online than at the counter. Even the desk attendant at the time told me they'd tried to explain why and he didn't even get it. I extended twice as I was only in the city to see my wife after returning from deployment.

Four girls out for a relaxing resort-feel overnight stay @ Sonesta ES Suites BWI. We had lots of space to spread out with 3 beds & a sleep sofa. Enjoyed the fireplace & full kitchen. The outdoor swim pool was just what I needed. taff were wonderful/ helpful & available, esp. Ms. Bunny.

There was a problem with the dishwasher, but that was resolved quickly by in-house staff.

The staff - front desk was very accommodating and helpful. I had surgery and stayed there to recover the day of and day after day. I was immediately given a room at the end of the hall where I wouldn’t be bothered and could get rest. The suite was beautiful and spacious. My daughter and grandson had their own room and space to spread out. I was very pleased.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress definitely needed to be replaced. I slept on it one night and immediately switched to the 2 bedroom suite instead.

For the few times I’ve gotten breakfast it was decent, everything was made with care and the presentation is nice. The front desk employee Taylor has been very helpful during my stay with my family.

Room service i don’t like that you have to stay for a whole week before services , but you can call down whenever you need toiletries, bath towels and other materials for the room so that is nice.
