My great experience started at check-in. The staff was so friendly and explained everything that I needed to know (parking, security deposit, where to go to access my room, etc). There is plenty of parking outside, and a small shopping center across the street with a few food options. It was so quite and relaxing during my stay. Once I got to the room I was excited that it was the same as it was in the pictures. The room was VERY CLEAN! Before settling in I usually use a lysol wipe to clean all of the surfaces and it was not a speck of dirt or discoloration on the wipe after I used them. Needless to say I'll be back.

When we booked it said there was a free breakfast that was wanted the reason we booked When we checked in they said they don’t have breakfast and they didn’t know it was on the web page I think you need to look at that on booking .com very disappointing. We always book a hotel that offers breakfast

When I saw how the breakfast situation was set up, I just bought some blueberry muffins which were excellent! Even though the hotel itself was not everything I expected it to be, I loved the fireplace and the shower in my room. The toilet was rather low. And I think there should be more railings in an "accessible" room. But, what made it so very nice was the staff. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant even though they did not have all the answers to my questions.

The red "message" light on the hotel phone in my room kept blinking and no one knew how to make it stop. Even your engineer could not figure it out. He said it was probably from the previous person who did not check their messages. So, I told everyone not to call and leave me a message on my hotel room phone. That needs to be fixed.

The inside was nicely kept. Rooms were spacious and clean

I’m not going to lie. The outside of this property was scary. Run down. Building needs to be painted, landscape needs to be tended. I almost had our husband cancel and go down to the other Marriott down the way.

the bistro wasn’t open on a Friday evening when I stayed which was one of the reasons I booked it . Then got there to Check in only to find it closed till the next day .

Timely shuttle service to airport. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to restaurants and other points of interest.

That I was charged for bottled water when another Marriott hotel that I stayed the previous night offered free water. It's the small things that make a difference.
