We ere traveling for vacation. Our flight home was delayed for 6 hours. I called ahead to inform the front desk that it was likely we would arrive past midnight and PLEASE not give our room away! He assured us that a room would be available. Sure enough, we didn't get back until 2 am. There was a wonderful desk assistant waiting for us with a room card! hat a blessing.

This is not a dislike, but more like an annoyance. There was only one "mini bus" transporting people to the airport. We were told the other was in for maintenance. It arrived late and then went to other hotels making our airport destination rather awkward. Many people on an already crammed vehicle.

The attitude of this one worker at the front desk was unacceptable. She acted as if I did something wrong when I asked about an extra $360.00 I was charged when I clearly paid before my stay. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would have them contact me about the extra charge. No one ever contacted me and when I spoke to the next person on the shift, she told me that she would get a message to the manager and would refund my money within 3 to 5 business days. I could have went off on that staff but I kept a level head about it and am waiting on my refund. She asked for my card for incidentals, but charged $360.00. Otherwise our stay was amazing.

Attitude needs to be adjusted. Unhappy ppl shouldn't bring that to work. Otherwise the stay was ok.

Location was off the highway, easy to get to and lots of parking and access points to enter the hotel to get to your room. The room was very nice, clean. Carpets were clean. Room smelled nice. Bathroom was well stocked a had a nice big shower! The beds were super cozy and the pillows felt like down pillows they were so soft. The tvs are big and there were tow. One in sitting room and one in bed area.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, but I was grateful to have some warm coffee and a piece of toast. Muffins were a bit stale and the waffle area was a total mess. The elevator was interesting. I did not feel safe as they jolted, made grinding noises and squeaked up and down as it went. I took the stairs :)

Staff was friendly. Shuttle easy to schedule. Family-friendly. Breakfast had a gluten free muffin and fresh fruit. Coffee was plentiful. 11 minute walk to 1 bus line. 30 minute walk/5 minute drive to Light Rail. Located close to standard restaurants. No outside traffic/noise.

Noise of bathroom flushing from other rooms, heavy footed guest above, door slams, elevator chime. Not worth complaining over, but worth noting. Not going to find a lot of healthy or other food lifestyle options nearby (e.g., gluten-free, plant-based etc...)

the room was very comfortable, but just a tad smaller than I expected and no luggage racik. the cleaning staff were very accommodating as we had to reqest more soap. the hot breakfast had a nice variety and was very tasty both days and we were able to linger a little past their closing time without judgment. I was very pleased with this stay and have bookmarked this place for a future stay.

The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. The room was lovely and the staff was super sweet and welcoming.

The room service was very upsetting. I waited an hour and a half and then I had to call to ask about my order. I wasn't aware the food wasn't made at the hotel. It took over 2 hours to feed my 4 year old son and myself but I don't fault the hotel staff or anything for that.

The coffee and breakfast were enjoyable, the entire hotel was well kept and clean, sound proofing was decent and other in-room noises were minimal (mini-fridge didn't make noises and AC was fairly quiet).

The door to the shower leaked water at the bottom. Cleaning staff didn't come to the room to clean or replace the towels during my 3-night stay.

The breakfast area looked to be spacious, clean and easily accessible.

When I am on a vacation, I primarily attend events, concerts, weddings, entertainment districts, etc. and return to the hotel late. It is not convenient to be up early the next day (of a vacation) to partake in a breakfast offering. The hours for this breakfast (6:30 - 9:00am) were the shortest I've encountered at any hotels I've stayed at previously. Most extend breakfast to 10:00am or sometimes 11:00am. Who wants to be up before 9am when out until 1am, 2am, 3am the night before? I cannot therefore speak of the quality or variety of the breakfast because I chose proper sleep times.

Short stay checkin at 1139pm on Friday and departure at 639am. Front desk staff was very informative regarding shuttle service and friendly. Driver for shuttle service was a bonus. He was on time and fully engaged with everyone riding at 630am on Saturday May 11,2024.

Gap in room door was too wide and lacked a sense of security. This is a facility maintenance issue. You can see daylight when room is pitched black.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, premises were spotless

The furniture in the rooms was tired- veneers were peeling off the furniture. There was a blue flashing light coming from the air conditioner that I had to throw a towel over it so I could sleep!! That said the bathroom was nice.
