Quiet room, with king bed and sofa, nice desk area and closet. As you enter the room there is a dedicated cabinet space with a fridge and coffee maker. Spacious bathroom counter with storage and a large walk in shower. Bed super comfortable. Nice bright lobby with small store, free mint water and coffee, and places to sit and work or visit. Very friendly and prompt shuttle driver both days to and from the airport. We left so early that we weren't able to sit down for breakfast, but they arranged for us a sack breakfast with water, two pieces of fruit and a muffin. The pool/exercise area looked inviting also, though we didn't use them. We walked to two different places for lunch and dinner and felt very safe, as this is a business park area with at least 5 airport hotels along one street. Lots of trees too. Good wifi.

Honestly, nothing. Staff was just great....we walked into our first room and found no air conditioner...just a hole! Immediately went back to the front desk and it turned out that maintenance had been removing some of the units for repair and not notifying the staff WHICH rooms were effected. Staffer gave us another room that was actually larger and nicer.

Everything was good (clean room, good lighting, comfortable beds, good wifi, good breakfast). Gym was small but clean and had filtered water. The property was clean as well. Breakfast area was nice and easy to accommodate children.

The hallways were not air conditioned and neither was the lobby making it hot and humid outside of the room. The airport shuttle was very disappointing. It was the main reason I booked this hotel. The shuttle took 45 minutes to show up and 30 minutes to get to the hotel as it stopped at 4 other hotels. Communicating with the hotel was difficult too.

I was greeted by friendly smiling faces and the room was exceptionally comfortable. I would recommend and stay there again.

I didn't like where the ironing board was kept. When hanging dresses or long pants caused the bottom of them to be crumpled by the way it had to be placed on the hooks and then to lean in the closet and with the safe being in the closet as well didn't help. Maybe a good place could be on the empty wall near where the ice bucket is kept would be a place to consider if there's a stud to drill into

A fantastic place to stay on either side of travel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The Nigerean man who checked us in, after a 30 hour flight, made the experience so easy. The breakfast buffet is always a highlight with a Holiday Inn - but the staff who run it make sure everything is fresh and hot - and that every guest is happy. The bedrooms are exactly what you want before or after travel.

Convenient to the airport, clean, staff was friendly. I liked that they had Dove brand toiletries. I can't comment on the breakfast as we left early for our flight.

The bed was too soft, but not unbearable. I dislike that they charge you $10 to park on their property, especially considering the cost of the room.

The breakfast was much better than average. Hot food was hot (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hot cakes). Room was clean, and well designed. Liked pool, perfect temperature. Room A/C worked well, and wasn’t excessively noisy.

Only one room key for 3 adults (they ran out). Room safe was inoperable (reported), all three days. Refrigerator was barely cooling (reported).

The stay was wonderful, overall. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was exactly what I had hoped for in this stay - some healthy options, as well as some pastries and a waffle maker.

There was some construction going on at a neighboring hotel - not connected with the Holiday Inn -- but it did interfere with my sleep a bit. After a 20+ hour flight, 7am constructioin was a rough way to start the day.

Front desk workers very nice with answering and helping with any questions I might have had. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was very nice and welcoming.

The heat was so high that when riding elevators it made a lot of noise at times. The lock to pool went out and had trouble getting into the pool area at one point.

We arrived at 3:00am and since breakfast is 6-9 we missed it. Perhaps based on arrival time guests could have access to at least a bag breakfast instead of nothing due to late arrivals.
