The omelet chef at the breakfast area cooks an amazing egg. We actually cancelled our brunch plans the next day to have breakfast at Embassy Suites!. Ample variety of pastries and beverages plus the waffle station was well kept. The entire indoor area is quite unique with the rooms circled around the lounge/bar/breakfast buffet. We rented a suite and having a separate living room with couch and recliner truly made a difference and like a premium stay.

The pool was closed/under maintenance which was one particular feature we booked for due to staying in a cold weather city in winter.

I booked a room there due to an early flight the next moring and was concerned BWI longterm parking might be full due to close to major holiday. Plus I like there's a shuttle every half hour to the airport. The hotel also offers longterm parking at cheaper rate than BWI. I also enjoyed the small bar to grab some food, enjoy a game on the tv and some beverages.

Would be nice if the bar was a llitle larger, but not a big deal. If you keep your vehicle at the hotel parking while out of town, it is cheaper than BWI longterm, but it's not a secure parking lot. But I had no issues.

It was very close to the airport. I’m very clean a lot of people there because parking was hard to find at night.

Parking the only thing I can think of there was a lot must’ve been a lot of people staying there or events which made it harder to find a good spot to park. When we first checked in to our room, the refrigerator wasn’t in place. It was a microwave. It looked like somebody maybe one worker or something comes into the room to fix lunch because there’s there were noodles underneath the sink and so I had to rearrange my room, so I was kind of leery when I first came Over, I can’t think of anything else

Excellent customer service skills from the front desk , the bartenders and the maintenance staff. I had a issue with the shower my first morning, after calling the front desk maintenance responded within ten minutes and fixed the issue immediately ! You had a young man who did a excellent job providing security during the Evening hours I observed patrolling the parking lot as I pulled up and later he was posted near the front door greeting residents and providing a strong security presence. Happy hour was great , my room was spacious and comfortable the common areas were clean and spacious , parking was no problem just a overall great experience. I've stayed at multiple hotels in the area Embassy suites is definitely the best !

The restaurant service was very slow on Saturday night , one hour for burger and fries , is ridiculous they were definitely under staffed in the kitchen area .

When I say this was the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in, I wouldn't be saying enough. The Facility was very clean the staff was friendly Happy Hour was one Happy Hour (if you get you get lol) I loved it the barmaid was patient and always greeted you with a smile I like how they had appetizers and honey when I say I slept like a baby smh I woke up so refreshing breakfast was a plus great variety of things to choose from unlike some other hotels they had turkey bacon and sausages (Don't eat pork) that was great. The children loved the pool .The staff even let the pool stay open an extra hour because the children were having so much fun. Thanks, we really appreciate you all for doing that. ♥️Hubbie and I have already booked our room for New Years Eve ♥️ I can't wait to stay again. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING ♥️♥️

We loved happy hour, the Rum punch was exceptional! The breakfastvwas delicious. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel was beautiful.

The hot tub was closed and that was not disclosed. Was actually the only reason this hotel was picked. We were very disappointed in this. The pool was nice and warm however it closed early one of the days we were there. We didn't know this either.

I had an omelet from the omelet bar, chef was very polite and pleasant. Great omelet!

A dirty washcloth was left behind on the shower. Operating the shower wasn’t easy. I had to eventually call the front desk and was told I had to get the lever in “just the right position” for it to work. I suspected I wasn’t the first person to have that issue. A sign might help.

Clean spacious room. Conveniently located near the airport. Shuttle drivers very nice. I was picked up even when I was not at a proper location.

I was not able to get the room cool enough. The thermostat said 73 degrees at 1:30am, and I was trying for 65 or lower. Didn't sleep well. Night desk attendant was not very friendly and was hard to understand on the phone. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her.

We liked the size of the room, the view and the bed, pillows and comforter.

We were on the seventh floor and the toilet did not flush sufficiently. We were only there one night and didnt want to move after we unpacked. By the time we left it wasnt working. There was a large group in the lobby at breakfast so we would have had to wait for 25 minutes in a line to get food cooked to order so we opted for coffee and toast but that did not suffice us so we bought food at the airport. They should relook at the whole breakfast flow and look at self serve stations rather than reliance on one person to serve tons of people.

Everything was great. I notice the Sheff that made the omelet is the same person I see every time I come. He is so nice and quick with putting my omelet together. I love the happy hour and the pool and sauna is so very relaxing. I stay at this hotel at least eight times a year and have never had any problems.

I only had one incident and that was when the children were unsupervised in the pool area and there were people coming in with coats on, taking them off and getting in the pool and not knowing if they were guest or not.
