The only company I have is parking is horrible. I don’t know what was going on that weekend, but it was a hard time finding parking and there just wasn’t enough parking space for whatever was going on and that was my biggest issue. There was finding parking coming in at night.

Close to the airport, the front desk agents were great, the shuttle driver was great, and we had a very nice time chatting.

When they publicly advertise hotel as no smoking, however, the people get on the elevator and room hallway, smelling cigarettes and weeds. Some of the guests might be allergic to those smells. Did they ever go around to make sure that the elevator and hallway don't smell. For us, it's about health concerns 🤔

I couldn't handle the body wash...shampoo...lotion...etc. It was LOCKED to the wall. Making it awkward to use. TV channels sucked. They need to invest in a cable upgrade. More FOX channels than I care for. 48.6% of Americans did NOT vote for COMRADE Trump. We don't need, or want a steady diet of FAUX News.

It was a beautiful experience. Very respectable and professional staff. The breakfast though good could been better with some more varieties to choose from

I received a small package after I had checked out and hotel staffers have confirmed that the package has been received with my name (John Awuah) and Room number 721 on it but they haven't been able to repost to my location in Ghana with address No. 12 Tafawa Balewa Ave. North Ridge Accra, Ghana

The rooms were wide spacious , comfortable . rooms were clean . no external noise or internal noise .

I had issues with payment . My hold fee was reverted but another about was taken from my account which I didn't make any purchase for , I have not been able to get my money after a week post checkout . Not happy about this .

Staff was very friendly nice area right by the interstate. A lot of Restaurants around. They hotel had a restaurant as well. The bar area was nice people getting along and having a good time. The staff gave away these cookies that tasted wonderful and they was nice and warm. The beds was very very comfortable. The room was clean even had there own lotion, shampoo and body wash just in case you forgot yours. I will definitely stay there again.

The only thing my husband and I didn't like was the fact that they did not Offer complimentary breakfast. They had breakfast but you had to pay I think $18 for a small tray of breakfast it's alot considering they had other restaurants around Like Denny's cracker barrels Chick-fil-A. They should really think about That

Clean, comfortable; quick check-in process. Shuttle to airport was on time and had sufficient space for everyone. We travel through Baltimore frequently on our way home from Dover - we will stay here every time from now on.

Great hotel, the reception staff were so helpful and so the people at the bar, but since we could stay until 12pm in the room the cleaning staff came and knocked twice, first at 9am then again at 11am, so the second time they asked me when we leave the room and I said 12pm then he asked me to keep the door open. We were not happy with this, otherwise everything was great, willing to stay there again if this dosent happen again, I thought the staff at Lobby would notify let the cleaning staff know when people leave the rooms.

Amazing value...low price for high quality of stay and amenities. Free 24/7 airport shuttle was prompt and very easy to use with very friendly drivers, onsite parking while away (same as lowest price parking at airport), free cookies!, comfortable bed and pillows, coffee maker and supplies in room, sofa, great location just minutes from the airport. I love Doubletree!

The cookies were cold and hard...seriously, that was the only issue and it was minor. ;)

We definitely love the cookies! Laugh out loud. It was very clean the beds are super soft The accommodations are absolutely wonderful. All around good experience
