The breakfast was a prepackaged meal. It was adequate to start the day, bagel, cream cheese, drink, yoghurt and muffins. It was taken and eaten in the room as there was no obvious dining area. I would have preferred a proper breakfast and it would have been nice to have known beforehand what the breakfast was like - maybe the description could be changed to prepacked or takeaway breakfast provided. However the hotel was very good value and the staff were very helpful and I would certainly stay there again if necessary.

Possibly the breakfast not being what I expected. The bath was a little slippery to get into and out of for a shower.

Our room was very clean and looked nice. The hotel staff were so kind to us. They shuttled us between the airport and train station during our stay and told us just to call for a pickup in the evenings. The driver even called us when he arrived so we didn’t wait out in the cold. They all went above and beyond for us. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else if I return to the city.

Everything was perfect.

I just loved everything about it the location. It was close to the airport and it was close to the stadium or we were going to go watch the game. Michelle was really helpful with anything that we needed. Her house was super clean and had all the amenities I will definitely recommend Michelle‘s house to anybody that would want to stay There while visiting Tampa and I would love to stay at Michelle’s house again .

A lot of room in the bathroom and room itself. We were not there that long. We arrived in the evening and had to leave at 4 am to get to the airport. We liked that it was so close to the airport.

The light would not turn off above the desk. The walls and ceiling were not very soundproof. There was a toddler in the room above us that was running back and forth very late at night. We heard a lot of doors slamming as well.

Well my shuttle was at 5am went to lobby at 430ish in am... to find out my shuttle was canceled and nobody informed me .. I asked the desk clerk for any phone numbers for cabs... he says no... don't have any numbers...AT AN AIRPORT MOTEL!!!! I was really upset... poor customer service... not sure if he was just being lazy about it or if it was true... very frustrating!!

The room was on the first floor, near the lobby and close to the 24 hour coffee. The breakfast is perfect to pick up and leave for an appointment. The staff is very friendly. I come to MD from SC at least once a month on business and have stayed at this inn several times and the staff remembered me and always speak to me. I forgot my pillow when I left. I called the Inn and they said they would keep it until my employer picked it up. She remembered me and my room number and followed up with a call to me to insure they have the pillow.

The light switches are not near the bed. You have to get out the bed to turn off the lights.

Breakfast in a bag was a welcome surprise, although a piece of fruit (banana, apple) would be better than a bagel and a muffin.

The light on the kitchen sink counter above the microwave oven was burned out. Also, the bathroom could use a new tub spout. Thanks.

The receptionist was outstanding in helping out with concerns and mistakes on my part. I was clean and no bugs while there. It has some needed upgrades an construction going on and they manage it very well.

Hi, being close to the airport was very handy. The shuttle driver /manager recommended an Indian restaurant, it was delightful.

Clearly the hotel is making an effort to upgrade. Corridor carpets need a cleaning or need to be replaced. There was no place to sit and have breakfast and no front door.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The location to the airport was great. The shuttle driver was very nice.

The room was very small and basically just a place to lay your head at the end of the day. It really reminded me of a single person hospital room. The bed in the middle, no chairs but a window seat above the AC unit, TV mounted on the wall above a dresser. Tiny bathroom. But it sufficed for an overnite stay to shorten my drive for a flight out of BWI.
