I travel a lot for business and have to accommodate my employees as well as myself. We work in this area a lot, and we would always stay at the higher end hotels because I am not a fan of budget hotels, I have had bad experiences. We ended up staying here several nights because the hotels that we usually stay at in this area were overly pricey that week. We now stay here at least several times a month, we have not yet had a bad experience, sure, there are issues with the key card at times, or, the fridge had left over drinks that weren't removed, however, these issues were and are very minute.

My stay was good. The check in was a real mess. The front desk person could not find my reservation in the system. She wanted to see my confirmation which was not a problem. Once she found me in the system she keep answering the phone and delaying my check in. I had a room on the 3rd floor 314 next to the ice machine. The smell of marijuana was very strong in the hallway. When I went to check out in the morning there was no one at the front desk. The cleaning staff kept walking behind the desk to get supplies or something. After about 15 minutes or so, I just left as no one ever came to the front desk. I normally don't do the online check out because I need paper receipts.

Hotel was convenient to where I needed to go. The cost was reasonable, the room was clean..

The staff was so nice. Good atmosphere when i walked into the lobby. The room was clean and looked welcoming. One of the best hotels I have stayed at that isnt super expensive. All around good experience. I will definitely stay again. Thank you guys sk much! :)

The door knob was on wrong you had to pull up to open tbe door. Never had that before lol. The paint on the ceiling was chipping. Seems like the lobby and rooms and the gym need a bit of a refresh. Also wish they had a pool. The pool was shut down not sure why. But none of those things were to major that made me not want to stay again.

The staff was nice. The rooms look exactly like the picture. The rooms were clean, had a fridge, dove soap, shampoo/cond. mounted on wall, and 2 towel sets in restrooms. The rooms were well lit, and parking lot is well lit with surveille. Breakfast was good: waffles, eggs, sausage and muffins, etc. Great location near airport and Anne Arundel mall.

The shower drained slow, so had to shower quick or stand in ankle deep water. The cleaners did not visit and refresh room during my 2 day stay. There was no extra toilet tissue, no Kleenex, no lotion, and no extra towels provided in room. So having housekeeping visit daily would help. Also they ran out of forks at breakfast. Just makes it a bit challenging when eating waffles, but not a big deal

This place was exceptional for the price I paid. The rooms smelled nice and fresh the carpet look almost new no stains. All the lights and fixtures worked. The bathroom was spotless. They also had showtime to watch. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re traveling near Nursery Rd. Had a clean microwave and small fridge. Had USB connection. Great air conditioner and the bed was nice a comfortable. Need I say more…😊

Can’t think of anything that could have been better.

Proximity to airport and easy quick shuttle service to and from the airport. We were promptly picked up after calling on our return after midnight. We parked our car there for over a week for an added fee, and it was safe even through a snow.

The elevator to our second floor room was broken. We couldn’t get the heat right, and the fan was noisy. The included breakfast wasn’t available until 7, which is when our shuttle left.

The room was clean bathroom was clean the guy at check out was extremely nice even acknowledged my kids nice size room beds were comfy I’d stay again it was reasonable for the price

The TVs in the room could be updated it was kind of hit and miss the color on the screen was iffy and the remote was hard to work and the elevator was creepy made a noise was scared it was gona stop working could be updated also the lady at check in was kinda ehh she didn’t look happy didn’t even tell us how to get to the room or anything but it wasn’t a horrible stay

Stayed at La Quinta twice in 9 days --- coming/going from BWI on both ends of a week-long vacation. Same room. Fluffy pillows. Each stay was 12 hours. Arrived very late first time. Very good continental breakfast in AM. Next stay, arrived at 4pm -- left at 4am. Chevelle (at the desk) was there both times. She was welcoming, efficient and friendly! Shuttle drivers very helpful. Microwave and fridge useful. Quiet at night.

Room was very small and basic. Fine for one person. Could be tight for two. Small basic desk. Only two drawers for storage. Microwave needs replacing --- worked at half-power. Toilet was so low, could barely get up.

Everyone was friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean. The airport shuttle driver Rob was exceptional. My room clock was 20 minutes off, and my room phone didn't work. So I called the front desk from my cell phone at 06:18am for my scheduled 06:20 airport ride and they held for a moment while I rushed to the bus. That was greatly appreciated.

The room clock was 20 minutes behind and the phone button up call the front desk didn't work. Other than that, everything was great!

I loved the location(many options for food). I loved the rate for the night( it was affordable).The hotel was clean and check in was a breeze.The rep had everything ready to make check in go fast and smooth!

What I didn't like was the bed that needs to be updated as far as the platform that it's on. We stayed here because we were going on the late boat cruise at the Inner Harbor that night.Unfortunately we missed it because my sister stumped her toe on the corner of the bed platform in our room which later we found out she actually broke the toe as a result of stumping her toe.Also there should be access to ice on each floor!That is the only things that I didn't like other than that the facility is great.
