The staff were very friendly and helpful and always cleaned between the hallways and the elevator making sure the pool was clean... I enjoyed the hot tub when it wasn't busy.. location was good and had a nice plaza not too far with different places to eat in dunkin' donuts for coffee and donuts. They were very accommodating to our late check out because our flight was delayed and they held our bags and we were still able to take the shuttle to the airport.... The continental breakfast was a very good choice.. everything was fresh and hot.. I will definitely come back again!! Was very relaxed stay..

Room was excellent; clean and comfy. Breakfast was really good and the crossiant breakfast sandwiches were amazing. Definitely liked that the small plaza that had Starbucks, Haibachi, and a couple of other food places located across the hotel, so was easy to walk over to go grab something to go. The hotel also provided a shuttle to and from the airpot and the front desk staff was very friendly in booking a time for the shuttle to pick you up. The entire staff was quick to help in responding to any additional requests, like extra pillows, blankets, etc.

I thought the front desk staff could have been more welcoming. They weren't mean or anything, just not as openly welcoming as I expect from a Marriott (I'm a Bonvoy member). And I got conflicting information. Normally as a member I can get a later check out time and was initially told no by one desk attendant (I didn't challenge other than to say that I was a Gold member. I thought it possibly was maybe because of high occupancy/turnover time). But then I asked the morning attendant and it was no problem. Confusing. It won't stop me from staying here again, though. Really enjoyed my stay..

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast!

The only thing that I didn't like was, I did not get the room I requested. I requested a room with a king size bed, and received a room with two double beds. We were tired and didn't want to go down to the front desk because it had been a very long day! But I was not sure why I did not get the room I had chosen when I booked it online.

The staff was excellent. The front desk man was Pedro Reyes. He was very quick, professional and always greeted us with a hello Mr. Wright. He takes pride in his work. All the staff was great and helpful. Pedro stood out among them. He did a great job of checking in and out groups of people in a timely manner. Always smiling and asking them is all okay. Keep this employee, even if you have to handcuff him and pay him more.

Nothing. All was good. We are going to continue to book more reservations with Spring hill Suites interest future.

Everything was good and what we expected from a Marriott facility except the extra charge.

I was charged an extra $50.00 for some kind of security deposit which I was told by the person checking us in was refundable after are stay. I have not received that deposit. I am thinking about writing to Marriott about this transaction.

The rooms, amenities, and location front desk were all great. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was stocked fairly quickly given the amount of people.

Only one of our reservations with booking.com was confirmed, so the second room had been fully booked. Still, they were able to find a second room for us to stay in.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Great location for our needs.

Hot tub was out of order. This was one of the reasons we got this hotel -to enjoy the hot tub. We used it one night and it was not hot. Then it was closed. Leak in hallway.

Traveled from North Carolina and arrived early, check in was almost 2 hrs away was very exhausted because the trip took longer then expected because of heavy traffic..The front desk clerk said no problem give me about 30min and the room was available...She was very attentive the bed was like sleeping on.a cloud lol..Would definitely stay again...

Great price for the value and cleanliness of this place!! The bed was very comfy! The room was huge compared to other hotels I've stayed in. We only booked 1 night but ended up booking a 2nd. The staff were very nice and helpful. Free breakfast was eggs, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, fruits. We will stay again when we go to Baltimore!
