Nice location easy to find and central to our needs. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was good some days but not others. 3 days there was no syrup. Could use an additional waffle maker as there was frequently a line. Turkey bacon is gross. Corned beef hash from a can without any frying or add ins and slightly warm was not appealing at all. The sink in our room drained very slow so I had to wipe it down with a paper towel & soap.

Easy access to pool, fitness room and laundry. Super tall and comfortable beds. Kitchenette was a great add on. Good location to trains and airport. The free shuttle to trains and airport was a great thing. We caught the train into Washington which was so easy. We used Uber to do trips into Baltimore, but most visitors had cars which made the hotel even more convenient with its free parking. We also went to Matsu Japanese Restaurant in nearby Linthicum heights which was fabulous. The hotel staff were super friendly and really helped us with our stay. A big shout out to Macy and Kaya on the front desk who made us very welcome and helped us with all of our plans and needs. Complimentary breakfast was also included which was a bonus. We felt very safe.

Ideal apartment but a little bit lacklustre, but only one shared bathroom in a two bed apartment. The complimentary breakfast, as mentioned by other reviewers, was quite basic, only three hot choices, but did have waffles (but without syrup)and lots of bread type options.

May favorite part of the accommodation by far was the chair in the room. I know it sounds odd but it’s the perfect reading chair! My favorite part overall was the staff - super attentive and welcoming. Everyone was so wonderful to interact with!

There were a couple carpenter ants in the room that made me a little paranoid, but that was it. No other bugs and I think those might have gotten in through the window.

Quick drive from BWI, the room was spacious, the kitchenette is stocked with all the kitchenware you could need, air/heat worked perfectly, could not hear a single thing from other rooms, no noises from hallway, no doors slamming. Breakfast was great and the coffee was so good.

The only thing I would say is the divided bathroom, felt the shower/toilet area was a bit tight (not a deal breaker at all)

The location was great. It was easy to get to from our planned activities. The breakfast was good. They have a variety of option, hot or cold, and I like that about this hotel. I love that they have a full size refrigerator and actual dishware.

The pillows on the bed, I didn't really like. My husband likes 2 pillow and so do I, but there were only 3 and kind of flat. The bed was very comfy though, so I didn't mind the pillow deficiency.

Employees were pleasant, and helpful. Ms Macie located a steepstool for me to use during my stay due to the height of the bed after she offered a change of rooms. We were happy with the room and refused the offer.

Promise to email receipt for stay due to internet being down during checkout but is was never sent.

We dropped our car at the long term parking lot as we were taking Amtrak and flying back to BWI. The hotel was close to the airport and long term parking lots. The shuttle service was easy and smooth, and it took us to the train station, which was a plus.. The hotel was very clean and the staff was attentive. We will probably return. Thank you

The breakfast was very good. Fresh cooked and very clean and well maintained! Staff was exceptional! Room was perfectly clean. Pet friendly and everyone there made me feel safe and comfortable.

I was disappointed by my own mistake and I thought there was a bar. But like I said that was my mistake! I just wanted a drink and was not able to get one..

The rooms were pretty and comfortable. However I could hear the people talking next door when I was trying to get ready for bed and I woke up to their talking as well

I think the walls might be a little thin because I could hear conversations next door to me....and their voices were a little loud so that didn't help.

Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff, clean facility, quiet, roomy and comfortable, better than expected breakfast

Took a while to find best 15 min (vs 30 min) walking path to Orlando convention center (trick: take Hyatt access road). One elevator for all floors and uses; use stairs when can.
