The Red Roof Inn+ had a free shuttle from BWI - biggest plus. It was near the airport. I arrived late but there were no problems as the reception was manned (or in my case "womaned"). Having luggage can be a nuisance getting to the upper floors, but there was a lift. I did hear a few planes overhead, but that didn't worry me. After all, the Inn was close to arrivals and/or departures, depending on the wind direction. I reversed the process the following morning, but left too early which meant hanging around the air terminal. Better to have stayed in the comfy room at the Red Roof Inn+

For my purposes there was nothing I didn't like.

I enjoyed my stay there ,I took my dog with me . This had nothing to do with RedRoof inn. Someone was trying agitate my dog who was staying on another floor by yelling something, I ignored this person completely . I think people need to be told if you act that way then you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately because I was on vacation .

That this person who was staying on another floor was yelling something at my dog when I was walking him , I did not know this person and because I was on vacation I did not want to be bothered . Maybe there needs to be a warning sign put up on the property if you bother anyone at any point during your stay you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

The staff at the desk were very accommodating and helpful. Very polite and would recommend this hotel. I stayed for 28 days and had to leave for 24 hours that was frustrating cause am coming back the next day lost our home on fire and literally was hard to pack and find a hotel that was close to the Red roof inn on elkridge landing rd. That's all I would say was hard

I didn't like that you can only stay for 28 days I lost my home on a fire I've been a Red roof inn customer for 2 years straight not a day missed and had to leave and I'm coming back that's just really hard

Bed is comfortable

I never received my incidental deposit back and I didn’t damage anything. The man that works at night doesn’t seem like he knows what he’s doing. He added sales tax on a deposit which made it $53. When it’s supposed to be $50. They already made the sale and added tax on that. You’re not supposed to add sales tax on incidentals it’s not a sale. Still waiting on my deposit. Seems like they need a new plumbing system the toilets don’t really flush.

Ive stayed here a lot over the years and ive always had a good stay. The staff has always been really nice and helpful. The rooms are always clean. And its not super expensive. Only hotel in the area I will stay at when I need one for convenience because I work at rhe airport.

The only things I dont like is the lighting in the room aren't the best and the bathroom the doors for some reason always have a bit of damage to it and the tub seems old. But those things are just minor that dont make me not want to stay there.

that it was close to airport and I could get a shuttle in the morning. Also the ease of check-in and lateness I could check-in. It seemed clean enough and I slept comfortably all night with the air on.

Wish I could have found a spoon for oatmeal I made in the morning. Otherwise, it was all good. I didn't notice any red flags. I liked how strict they tried to be on the smoking.

Easy transfer from airport, using complementary phones at BWI to call shuttle driver for pickup. Easy check in and comfortable beds.

Shower in our first room broke and someone had to come look at it; waited for them for 30+ minutes while we were exhausted and wanted to just go to bed. Ended up repacking and switching rooms.

As a business owner, I'm real big on the whole customer service experience. Overall it was a great stay, with the majority of the staff being polite and attentive. Within customer service I understand and respect the whole corporate structure of policy and procedures, but at the same time good customers service takes a huge balance of common sense. There were a couple of staff members that need to retrained, trained or made more aware of how valuable that simple asset can add to the customer service experience.

Im very frugal, when it comes to spending my hard earned money, but I'm far from being cheap, I selected Red Roof Inn for the price and convenience. What I don't like is being talked to in a condescending way by someone that feels privileged to wait on you, when you're spending your money. A couple of staff members had very rude tone and temperament and were tone death to good customer service. Although management got involved and most impressively took responsibility and offered to make things right with a discount and upgrade, which was a positive. Other staff members saved it from being a nasty situation.

My hotel room was the double bed premium optionand it was very comfortable with clean beds, soft pillows, and a calm atmosphere. Everything looks neat and tidy, and you have easy access to Wi-Fi, a TV, and mini-fridge and microwave. Just the right place to relax and recharge during your trip.

Need to have a water cooler to refill bottles. However, the stuff were friendly giving Mr bottle of water when I needed

Very close to BWI airport; easy to use free, early bird shuttle to airport; room had mini fridge and microwave; good price; room was clean; good hot water/pressure in shower.

The bathroom was very small, you had to move a certain way to open/close the bathroom door…but the sink and mirror/vanity were separate and in the main room so that helped.
