This hotel delivers everything you would expect from an airport hotel in the middle of nothing interesting. The free shuttle to get to and from the airport is super convenient, there's even a monitor with flight info in the lobby. We made use of the gym, which was quite good, the breakfast was not great - but it's the standard Hyatt breakfast, so no surprises there. Staff was friendly.

The entire thing is kind of designed to be mediocre. Everything is plasticky and cheap, but that's totally what we expected for the price and convenience of the location.

Dani at the front desk was exceptional! We were about an hour away when we called to see if our room would be ready as we were heading to a wedding and needed to get dressed. She went above and beyond to help us find a different room that would be available ASAP. She was pleasant and friendly. The hotel is brand new and designed well. The bed was incredibly comfortable, spacious bathroom and super clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff that work so hard to maintain the guest rooms and public spaces. We live not too far from the area but would definitely recommend to those traveling or needing a hotel in that specific area. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we find ourselves in need of overnight accommodations in that area.

I couldn’t get over how big the room, entryway, and bathroom was. Everything was super clean. The bed, bedding, and pillows were so comfortable!

Unfortunately, I cannot use products that contain any fragrance. The makeup, wipe, the hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all contained fragrance in the ingredients. Being that we couldn’t pick up our luggage due to connecting flight, we had nothing with us. The reason for staying at the hotel wasn’t an unfortunate last minute event. It was after midnight on Sunday when we arrived so we couldn’t stop and pick anything up at a store.

The hotel was conveniently located for my needs. I work at the airport and attended an event at the Patapsco Arena so I needed a place to get dressed before the event and sleep afterwards. I chose the Hyatt House based on the pictures and reviews. The hotel met my expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room, bathroom and lobby area were clean and inviting. I will stay here again, in the future and have already recommended this hotel to friends and coworkers.

The cost for 1 night was a little high but competitively priced. Everything is just so expensive these days. The lighting in hotel rooms are always tricky. The room was little dark and the bathroom was very bright.

Our flight was canceled really early in the morning, and we needed a place to stay overnight. My wife and I have stayed at The Hyatt House before and loved our stay, so we were very happy one was available near the airport. The receptionist Dani was AMAZING! She helped facilitate my party and the party we were traveling with to get our room in a very timely manner. She was also very helpful with dining suggestions at the hotel and nearby.

I didn't like how stiff the top comforter was on our bed. Also, it would have been helpful to have a tv display with flight updates in the lobby.

everything about the hotel was excellent, but the booking.com wasn't.

I have been traveling by myself for a few days and somehow 2 rooms were reserved accidentally at the Hyatt House. So when I tried to get in touch with the booking.com I couldn't. I couldn't make any changes. The manager of the hotel canceled one room for me, but the booking.com will charge me for 2 rooms regardless. This is not right.. Please look into this.

It was very clean and new. Good location to BWI.

The restaurant was very limited in what they served. And it was out in the open, a part of the lobby. The bartender was the cook, so he had to leave the bar to go back to the kitchen. Crazy! But he was nice. The two people who checked us in were very unfriendly. The night clerk was excellent. When the shuttle driver wasn’t coming until 7:00, and we had made arrangements to have the shuttle at 6:00, the night clerk drove us to the airport.

The staff member on duty, Dani, was amazing! She was personable and handled an emergency situation with poise. What I admired most about Dani is when customers were being rude, she kept a smile on her face and answered their questions to the best of her ability. The suite was like a one bedroom apartment. I had everything I needed for my stay and was able to get a considerable amount of work done while in town.

My husband and I travel a lot. We only stay at CLEAN, FREINDLY, SAFE HOTELS. We do our research before booking. This was definitely a 10+ hotel!!! Beautiful all around. Special shout out to ADAM. He is AWESOME!! We stayed on December 30,2024, on our way to NY. We are on our way back home to NC. Hands down, we just booked again. Can't wait to get back 🥰🥰.#100 T.Coopers

Hated to leave. Wanted to stay longer.

The property was very inviting from the start! The gentleman at the front counter was very nice and has exceptional customer service. The room itself was so amazing, very clean and comfortable. I will definitely return.
