The rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. The decor of the rooms and the hotel as a whole was pleasant, well-maintained, and up to date. My interaction with any staff was always good. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection. However, I had thought it was a free complimentary breakfast (I guess I did not read the information clearly enough when I booked it). I found out later that it was not and the person that registered me at the desk said I could have pre-booked it. Still, the price of the hotel was reasonable, so maybe it all works out to about the same as other hotels with free breakfasts in the end. My family and I did not use the pool or anything else so we cannot comment on those things. The location was pretty reasonable. The rest of my family went into Washington DC each day while I was in meetings. The Greenbelt metro station has regular trains running frequently to DC and is about a 25 minute drive from the hotel. Our experience here was good, so we would stay again if we were ever in the area again.

It is not a huge complaint. I guess I like to feel like I have a free complimentary breakfast. There is a server that gets you water or coffee and takes your plates when you have finished and so you then feel you have to leave a tip when you could have easily handled all of that yourself like in other hotels! I also like it when hotels have a coffee and tea bar that is available to guests all day. This was available in the morning, but was gone later when it would have been nice to get something when we got back to the hotel in the evenings. There is a Keurig machine in the room, but we like being able to add different flavored creamers!

Loved the AC, the pool access, the incredible staff. It was easy to get to and felt pretty safe. The check in was seamless and there were entrances on 2 sides which made parking pretty easy as well. The towels were clean and the soap was really nice after a long day.

Food cost for breakfast was crazy. It was like $20 a person … wowza. Went to ihop next door for a full meal for 2 for $20. There was also a bunch of noise in the hallways all night due to huge lacrosse tournament.

The location was a little difficult to get into and leave from due to the road area, but not completely unnavigable.

The biggest issue we had was the water in the shower/tub. It only ran very hot water....the water was scalding and if you turned it up at all it only got even hotter. The sink faucet, while beautiful did not have enough overhang over the sink causing the water to flow back on the sink top. We were not left enough towels and washclothes.

I love the solid floors in the hotel.you don't hear as much noise. our room was clean, spacious & comfortable. I love the fact the hotel posted $250 fine warning signs up all over the hotel for smoking marawauna. It must've worked, we didn't smell a thing our 2 day stay.

I think the hotel should include breakfast for all stays. most other hotels of equal rates include breakfast with all stays. Just a suggestion.

Your staff was very nice the room had nice amenities refrigerator microwave coffee machine safe everything worked.

The main problem is that that's near a truck location and you hear a lot of trucks at night maybe the next time I can take a room on a different side of the hotel where there's less truck noise.

Clean hotel, great staff, and a comfy bed. I've stayed in this area several times over the years and this is now my first choice for hotel going forward

The man at the front desk was rude upon arrival. My boyfriend and I arrived around 10:30pm, and I assume the front desk clerk was supposed to get off before we arrived. We waited to be called upon, and the gentleman invited us to the counter, stating "I guess I can take you... I'll never get home." Upon me paying for the room, he loudly stated that because I was using a pre-loaded debit card, I would have to wait 30 days for my security deposit to be returned to me. As a customer service worker myself, I felt there could've been more soft-skills utilized at that time, especially considering my initial interaction with the clerk was that he was annoyed we wanted to be checked-in. This made my initial encounter at the hotel very displeasing, but I did enjoy my overall stay.

The place was super clean, the guy on front desk was very accommodating, and the bartender was cool.

Breakfast was 5/10, the guy at front desk even though accommodating, he talked too much and could not tone down his energy.

It was a good room.

They had this super loud party on the lower level. It was so loud you could feel the floor vibrating in lobby. I feel bad for anyone on first floor. And what's with the $20 breakfast?

The breakfast was really good and i enjoyed the food service, it was worth it. Just make sure to get a room that includes breakfast and save yourself some stress and extra bucks. PS: The weekend server "David" was very kind and thoughtful and supportive.

Personally, based on my recent visit, i thought the location is a little outskirts of town. You'd have to drive to maybe Columbia, Silver spring or Washington to get a good city experience but otherwise, top-notch.
