Great location right off Route 95. The room was clean and comfortable. The overall experience was definitely positive and this hotel will be our go to stop on our way back from NC to NY in the future. Our hotel selection was based on whether they allowed dogs which is the main reason we chose this location. The additional fee of $25 was reasonable.

Breakfast was standard. The waffles good. The eggs definitely were powered eggs as expected. However out of 5 places we've stayed over the last year, these eggs were terrible. They had a funny taste.

I like that the property was clean. The staff was friendly. Check-in was very smooth and easy. And I like that it’s conveniently located from a shopping center and food.

The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioning unit. It was so loud… it sounded like a truck. I don’t know if it needs to be fixed, but it was just extremely loud when it was running we had to turn up the TV extra loud to hear over the loud air air conditioner and I stayed in room 427. So that’s why I gave you the stay at nine out of 10 because of the noise of the air conditioner and also I wish you guys had a pool.

It was so clean and tidy. Nice ice machine. The housekeeping ladies were so wonderful and the man on the day we checked out so helpful and lovely. Let us keep our suitcases and stuff behind so we could go get food and shop. It was just my five year old and I so having everyone be so kind and helpful really meant a lot. Also buffet breakfast was epic! Also saw a deer, so cool. Walking distance to shopping centre and heaps of food places.

It was fine nothing I didn’t like.

The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, Merriweather Post. Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, great hot breakfast available every morning.

Parking! If you are late getting back from wherever you were, you might have to park on the street (which actually doesn't get any traffic), but you would think they would have adequate parking when the place is full. Had to ask the person tending the breakfasts for coffee, with one hour to go till it was done, and she said she wasn't making any more. They next person came down and complained that there wasn't coffee and she said she was making it...?

It’s nice inside and clean, they serve breakfast and have snacks available for purchase. There close by to other places you can get food from as well which was really nice.

Only thing I didn’t like was they charge your card $3 but they don’t refund that back. It’s not a lot of money by any means but they don’t tell you that they don’t refund it. It was weird that I even needed to be charged $3 to make sure my card worked.

This property is always clean always neat fairly new. The elevator is a little scary and rickety. I wish parking was a lot more plentiful, but I stay weekly here and the staff is always great and very accommodating. That’s all I could ask for.

The parking it seems packed whenever I get here. I usually arrive during overnight hours, and I’m always scared of having to walk in the dark parking lot distance I even say a prayer. I’m by myself.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s a nice hotel with a nice breakfast.

We were having trouble with getting our key cards to work so we went to the front desk and were told to just play around with them and they will eventually work. That’s not an acceptable answer. It took a while to get into our room at times.

There was an issue with the room and the evening employee went above and beyond to accommodate. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but the service to rectify the situation was great!

The AC was broken in the room. We've found that hotels see in advance that a third party booking was done, and the rooms we get put in are substandard or in need of work. We would use the hotel reservations if they gave competitive pricing, but they don't.

Loved the location. Awesome staff. Hidden jewel. clean room nice atmosphere. Comfortable stay.

Lower level parking.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was nice. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, which was really cool. The staff were very helpful. I would stay again.

No bottles of water are provided. You have to pay for bottles of water. There is a problem with their key fob, which never works
