I love the property. I wish I could have booked the room we stayed in before for my husband and I anniversary. However, I understood the room was not available.

We love the property. As stated in the previous statement, we was just a little disappointed we were not able to booked the room (tub and walkin shower) we stayed in at our last visit. I tried to request the room weeks beforehand but ,unfortunately, it did not workout in our favor. We still was able to enjoy our wedding anniversary. The room would have been the icing on the cake. We celebrated two separate birthdays , two different years, at this location staying in that style room.

This was a pleasant stay. Will definitely be returning. I appreciated the $12 complimentary voucher for the snack bar, which is offered when u stay in their king suite. There's plenty of free parking. The food at the 2 restaurants in the lobby is delicious and the hotel is situated in a very convenient location. Not far from the mall, casino, airport and more..

There wasn't anything that I disliked. The place is clean & beautiful.

Loved the beautiful lit fountain and access to 3 restaurants. Staff was professional and kind. The front office manager, Menmat (forgive the misspelling - hard to read the writing) helped us in checking out one day early due to an unexpected family emergency. All the staff was kind, friendly and professional. Thanks for the warm greetings and smiles.

Carpet in rooms very old, allergens trapped and appeared unclean. Suggest replacing with tile or hard flooring to compliment the nice rooms. I loved my corner room with the fountain in our view, at it was close to casino where my eldest grandchild was graduating from high school.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. I liked that the shower had a detachable shower head and that there was a privacy door for the toilet area. The sink area was nice, and there was plenty of lighting in the room. I also liked that they provide slippers and a robe to use during the stay.

The beds were super hard and uncomfortable. I'm normally not particular when it comes to a bed, but these were exceptionally hard. It actually hurt my shoulder to the point that I had trouble lifting my arm the next day. For a hotel this pricey and nice, I would expect the bed to be a lot better. The pillows were also lumpy and hard. The A/C couldn't pull itself down, so the room was rather hot.

I enjoyed my stay. Comfy beds. Nice decor. Concierge was helpful and pleasant. When I asked to switch my room to accommodate a tub, the attendant did so happily. Also I was having trouble with the wifi and they sent someone up right away. I didn’t try any of the amenities to comment but I’ll be back.

I would have like direct access from whatever floor you are on in the garage straight to the hotel

Our room was big and comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking.

The bed was a little too soft for me, but a firmer mattress is just my preference. I do wish the hotel would add hooks outside the shower for your towels. Also,more wash rags should be in the room. There were only 2 and although my husband and I only stayed one night, we showered before bed and again in the morning, so more than 2 wash rags were needed. I was able to obtain additional wash rags from the front desk. Lastly, I wish there wasn't carpet in the room. The room would be peak if the flooring continued from when you entered the room into the sleeping area.

2 large comfy queen beds, super dog friendly with a HUGE open green space for walks and bathroom.

No free breakfast but there is a good (for Maryland) & reasonable bagel place across the plaza and the Grill breakfast is competitive with nearby breakfast places.

The TV system is horrible. There is no guide and each channel takes several seconds to change. It made it a challenge to find something to watch. There was not coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. It was out for a short period one day but not others

Shuttle van pick up at Airport and also took us to shopping mall, near to restaurants and shopping mall also close to expressway entry and casino. Staff was patient, friendly, looked professional and knowledgeable.

From check-in to check-out, received friendly, professional service from every staff member. They had a room ready, despite us arriving a few hours early, they were attentive to requests and were notably courteous and welcoming. The grassy area outside for pets was perfect and convenient. The hotel location was great, super close to the mall, casino and the interstate as well as near plenty of dining choices. Loved our room location on the third floor, around the corner from the ice machine. It was nice and quiet.

The only negative is that the pet fee is PER NIGHT. That was not clear in the listing and certainly upped the cost.
