This is a very good hotel. The facilities are clean and the room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the large two room suite. Great location close to the airport with free shuttle service to and from the airport and Amtrak station.

There was a snafu at the airport regarding the location of the complimentary shuttle service. That was more because of misinformation from airport staff than from the hotel itself. It would be helpful to post something on the hotel site stating that the airport shuttle leaves from the upper level at BWI airport and not outside baggage claim like the other shuttles. I thought the breakfast buffet was scant considering the 15.00 charge.

Breakfast was nice, essentially what I expected. Consideration should be given to including it in the room rate even if that means the rate will be higher. In the alternative, offer two room rates, with and without breakfast. I have to give a shout out to Jasmine Ortiz, a hotel employee. The night before we checked out the Baltimore area received several inches of rain, which changed to snow, then ice. The next morning when I took our bags to our car in the parking lot, the temperature was below freezing. Ice was stuck to the windshields, unmovable by the wipers and deicer fluid. We had no scraper, and I was literally trying to manually remove the ice. Jasmine had encountered my wife in the lobby, and she explained to Jasmine the reason for our delay, i.e., slow ice removal. Within moments Jasmine found a scraper (from her car, I believe), and came out to my car, and on top of that scraped all the ice off the car. With that we were able to leave and be on our way back home. So, kudos to Jasmine, and I hope her proactive, positive, above and beyond actions are acknowledged by management in a meaningful way. She is an employee worth keeping and cultivating for higher responsibilities.

Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but in 3 days and 3 nights it never was.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is close to the airport and provides a shuttle van every 30 minutes to and from it. Staff was friendly and professional. Our airlines cancelled our flight to Iceland, leaving us stranded. Hilton Garden Inn Hanover Arundel Mills provided a welcoming and peaceful sanctuary to recover from an otherwise traumatic trip.

For this rate, it would be nice if the hotel provided a free breakfast buffet in its restuarant.

I like everything but i didn't like being charged for occupancy fee when i already booked the room so that does mean someone going to be in the room. That needs to go.

Being charged for occupancy fee when i already booked the room it was charged twice for one room to be there. When booking online was told one price but charged a different price. Other then that my stay was great!

Every thing really excellent But: No Remoter control of TV !!! On the phone set, I could not find the No. of Reception OR operator. There was not even 2 bottles of water in or out of Frege. AC has been fixed on ON position not on AUTO.

It was really beneath of Hiltons dignity to remain the very small faults on what I wrote at the top.

Everyone was really nice and professional. We were waiting on the elevator and a woman in a button up shirt welcomed and thanked us for staying with them, felt like we was in a commercial. Super clean and really nice smelling.

Turning left out of the parking lot took a minute sometimes. And no back way out of the hotel. Theres a Denny's right behind the hotel but ya gotta walk all the way around to get to it.

The care and attention if the front desk staff, including Lincoln, and Josie made the business of checking into an unknown place non threatening. Josie made me feel as if I was the only guest that she was responsible for while juggling multiple requests. Her dining recommendations were spot on. At the bar, Maleia made me feel welcome, and immediately assisted me when I informed her of my food allergies. She was wonderful.

The process of meal prep was challenging. For dinner, the bartender was forced to juggle two roles effectively.

From the time we arrived until we left we had a wonderful time! The breakfast offered was good. Our room was clean. The service was exceptional. No matter what we asked, we were addressed with kindness and respect.

N/A… We loved our stay. I will stay here again. I didn’t face one issue during our stay. This hotel will be where we stay when we return. I am impressed with the quality of service that was provided during our stay.

The location. It's a very nice and clean hotel.

Didn't like that you had to pay for your breakfast everyday. I feel like for as much as you pay for the room it should be included. Some of the front desk staff were MIA during the stay. So it took a while to find someone. When they were there the line was so long you didn't want to wait to speak with someone.
