Excellent hotel in a convenient location near the mall, food and gas. Hotel, while not new, was in good repair with plenty of parking. Breakfast had protein options in addition to waffles and sweets. Coffee available all hours. Beds were comfy and room was plenty big. Room was quiet and shades blocked the light nicely. Front desk staff was friendly and responsive. After-hours snacks available for purchase. Decent fitness center.

Difficult to get in and out of hotel property due to heavy traffic at the mall - it was Christmas shopping season. Could use a stop light.

I did not partake in the breakfast. The staff were absolutely great, welcoming and attentive to my needs. I will absolutely choose this hotel everytime I visit Maryland. The bed was extremely comfortable, reminded me of my bed at home. Pleasant decor, frig and microwave; great shower pressure and plenty of towels; nice and quiet room. The location could not have been more desirable; close proximity to everything a person needs to enjoy their vacation.

I was disappointed that there was no room safe. However, I felt safe and did not have an issue with my personal belongings.

It was in a convenient location for our conference and needs. Great amenities and clean.

Biggest complaint was we were told at check in we had until noon to check out. We got in late because of travel delays and couldn’t sleep in because housekeeping came and knocked at 9:45am, 10:15 and 11:30am and asked me the last time when I was leaving. The woman at check in was lovely and helpful after stressful travels. Just wish the morning staff felt more hospitable and not like they were trying to kick us out in the morning long before we needed to.

- The room was specious, the bathroom was very bright and quite big. I could watch the sunrise from bed. - Close to the mall (but often times you need to go around the mall if you wish to enter the casino in the morning/ evening )

- Single use plates and cutlery at breakfast - noisy water pipes - I could hear the water from my neighbor every time the sink or shower was used/ the toilet was flushed.

The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast quite good. (Although, coming from Europe, it astounded me that everything was disposable, such as plates, glasses and cutlery).

The TV worked fine the first night, but not after that. It didn't cause major issues, but would have been nice to have. :-) Breakfast choices on Monday morning were sad and few, after quite the opposite during the weekend.

My wife and I had a suite. It was really nice. We started to stay more nights. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. The outside pool is small, but what to expected. The room was a nice size. Everything was just great. We give them 5 stars

The elevators had a musty smell. And the pillow we not that comfortable for me and too small

The service was good ,the room was great. It was nice getting in the clean pool ,it wasn't overly crowded. Breakfast was good. Gym came in handy,very much appreciated. Staff was great. Love that the shower had hot water, that was awesome.

Nothing I didn't like

The location was excellant. So much to do right within this area. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was a plus and had a good variety but, on Sunday the food was limited and people was left without but overall it was a great stay and very comfortable. I will be back again!

The location was great ,so much to do in the area. The pool was nice, the shower had hot water. Breakfast was good. I felt like I was at home. Definitely going to return.

There was nothing that we did not like about our stay.

The location was perfect. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, the plumbing may need to be checked because the water drained very slow. Outside of that, the breakfast was very good and staff was awesome
