Goodness was the name of the associate that helped me he was great. He quickly resolved my issues at 3am in the morning.

When I had an issue with my key the morning front desk associate wasn't really giving off good energy. She seemed to have an attitude. I can elaborate but I will not . I have stayed at plenty Hiltons and Goodness represents the standard. Lastly breakfast potatoes were overcooked.

The location is perfect. Very close to airport and mall for shopping. Quiet and safe as well.

The staff at desk need more training. They couldn’t find my reservation even after I provided my ID and confirmation number. There is only one lady who was able to find it. I spent over 25 min waiting. We were not provided with enough information about the facility so we went down to the lobby for breakfast where we were asked to pay for. When I questioned the pay, the same lady who helped us on arrival told us that the breakfast is on the 2nd flr. No room service was provided the next day. I had to call and ask for it on the 3rd day. Room service should have been daily.

the hotel was nice, clean and spacious. no one bothered us, it was quiet and enjoyable. i ordered Uber eats for a delivery from Target, there were no issues with my delivery. i called down to the front desk for toothpaste, i received it quickly! check in was smooth and the concierge was friendly and welcoming.

i do however, feel like the shower could have been cleaned better. everything else in the room was clean, the shower needed some attention.

Everything! The staff was excellent upon arrival, and the facility and our room were spotless, airy, and smelled good. The breakfast was good (I love the omelets). The hotel was near shopping, restaurants, and activities. We can't wait to go back. Definitely our go to when in the MD area.

While they provided wall mounted shower gel, there was no shelf in the shower for your own soap, razor, etc..Initially there was a mix up when checking in and we were placed in a filthy uncleaned room. It was quickly resolved but a slight nuisance.

The checking process was easy the lady was very friendly the gentleman that was there with I think he was the bellman not sure he was excellent the barbecue grills were clean the pool was clean the sitting area was clean our room two bedroom suite was lovely my family really enjoyed their stuff for 24 hours the fireworks was to touch off it was like six shows at one time we was on the 10th floor and we can see it all it was a great 4th of July worth the 300 and something dollars for the one night

The fact that my daughter had some few issues, so we requested for a 30-minute extension check out time to accommodate her needs and the staff bluntly told us "i will need all of you to check out by 12 p.m.. No exceptions, that was not customer satisfaction nor customer service. A 30-minute delay for folks who drove all the way from New York City and heading back won't break the bank. My only bad experience.

My husband is a coffee drinker and our coffee maker was broken. They didn’t have an on-site coffee maker so he could just walk up and make one if needed. Everything else was fine.

Didn’t like the divided property names connected. Should be one name, very strange since it’s a Hilton property.

The room was absolutely perfect . I loved that it had a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom was so spacious. Love the sofa bed also. Love them having breakfast available

I did not like the hotel because they took the jacuzzi out of the hotel and that was a downer
