Room-bed, comfortable and firm, breakfast- food and beverages were very good, shuttle was prompt and convenient, location/area very nice and convenient, ice bags prepped and ready for guest at check in was very convenient, efficient mini fridge, microwave, etc all clean and operating effectively.

Checked in on a friday- how are you out of boxes of facial tissues supplied in room beginning of weekend, breakfast Saturday morning-no bagels beginning of weekend, light bulb at bathroom sink was out- called front desk, called front desk again 90 minutes later to find out request had not been submitted delaying preparing time for event. Room lighting is very dim, making sight throughout the room difficult for elderly.

The location was perfect! It met all of our needs and then some. Everything you could need was within close walking distance but you can also book the shuttle with the amazing shuttle team; Michelle and Carol they will take you wherever you need to go. There’s A dog park close by and the friendly staff were so kind and welcoming to our family dog. The staff and facilities are amazing for a short or even extended stay. They truly try to make you feel like you’re at home…they’re extremely accommodating and helpful. They do their very best to meet and serve your needs. We needed ice, their ice machine wasn’t working in one bldg. they brought ice over from the sister hotel and directly up to the room. I just can’t express how grateful I am to the kind hospitality we experienced. We had to deal with a very stressful and difficult family situation and the staff made our stay wonderful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend them!

Nothing…i know they plan on adding bar food at some point in the new year…so a restaurant on site would be nice

Very quiet. Bed was awesome. Great water pressure/shower. Full size fridge and kitchenette with paper towels and dish soap. AC was great especially since you could adjust it as cool as you like. Breakfast was included--always a plus even if it's prepackaged sandwiches. Good location. You can text requests (more towels, trash emptied, etc.) to a number which is very convenient. Check out is 12 noon and that extra hour can really make a difference.

Shower could have been cleaned a bit better. Both light switches in the bedroom did not turn on/off anything. Not a big deal but breakfast is only available until 9am (think 9:30 would be nice).

The Element Arundel Mills BWI Airport was quiet and comfortable. We saw a show at LIVE! and choose to stay overnight instead of driving home. What we did not like is that I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they "ran out". So, one of us had to sleep on the pull out sofa which is what I DID NOT want to do. I would have chosen another hotel. Otherwise, we liked the hotel a lot. Parking was great, the inside of the hotel was clean and breakfast ( included) was good. Also, our room had a kitchen which is a great amenity. I would stay again, yes.

I was taken away by all the amazing amenities in the lobby / outdoor lounge

Some of the Managers didn’t make me feel like a valued guest. It worked out for my good because of the shuttle bus driver Ms.Michelle and the Chef Saved the whole trip.

Breakfast was delicious and I like the rooms some have a living room and a kitchen with stove top and big refrigerator so I could put all my stuff in I call it my apartment away from home

When I arrived I had a small room and a little refrigerator and that's not what I asked for I had moved 3 times before they found the room that I wanted

Liked the kitchen in the room and the daily breakfast. Near casino.

It’s next to another property with the same name so it can get confusing. We unloaded our bags and found out we should have been at the adjacent property.

I love the location and the amenities.

This stay the system was down when we got there and had to be escorted to our room every time for the first day but Brittany at the front desk was amazing and never complained or had an attitude about the situation which made kept us at ease about the situation

Always so fresh and so clean with a great smell. Always feel comfortable as soon as I arrive on site, I can go on and on about this place! I would say to all; please continue to handle this place as it already is and continue to get better!!!

The staff made the stay great. And the location was perfect.

The the shower had too much water running on the floor. The lights in the bedroom can we change for touch. There was no bucket to hold ice or get it from.
