Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. It was so convenient having a full fridge, small cooktop and microwave along will plates and cutlery. Servicing the room every other day works really well and perhaps all hotels should do that. It takes a lot of stress out of having to try to accommodate housekeeping staff every day. But the bathroom is a good size and the shower is perfect. The complementary breakfast is outstanding and Lamont is a gem. Keep him at all costs. The food at the roof top bar is exceptionally good. Keep those chefs as they are elite. The location is great for us as we had outpatient appointments just around the corner. There is a gray Peter Changs Chinese restaurant 2 minutes away and a Starbucks and Walgreens right across the street among others. All staff were helpful and friendly and for the room and breakfast, it is good value. See you soon.

I left my purse in the room when i checked out because i had switched purses which was my fault of course but you would think they would contact the guess to inform them, which they didn't i had to figure out i left it there once i was ready to use that particular purse and could not find it, but then when I contacted them about it to Pick it up yes it was there but my expensive perfume was taken from my purse everything else was left in it. so i was upset that no one contacted me to let me know and that my item was missing

Everything! The staff, the valet parking, the breakfast and the staff, the restaurant, bars, and rooftop club, my room was good too.

Only complaint I had was housekeeping. The refrigerator in my room had someone else’s food in it and my carpet had a hole in it ! It felt like someone had stayed there minutes before I checked in. There was not an ice bucket in the room either. I had to use one of the cereal bowls to get ice. I didn’t ask for another room because it took a while to get checked in and I was already tired from the 6 hour drive. Other than those few things the room was alright.

It was convenient close to Johns Hopkins Hospital. Was a good breakfast buffet. It was clean about and organized at the buffet. The staff is very friendly and the lobby attendant. But the lobby was inviting and spacious. It was a good place for waiting while my husband underwent a medical procedure .

The curtains in the room are pretty dirty. the pillows were incredibly thin. The $42 valet charge was egregious. The downstairs bar wasn’t even open.

Liked 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen. Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of hot items. Valet parking cost additional $42/night but the convenience and ease of getting car 24hr using my phone justified the cost. Staff very friendly. Rooms have Netflix(used own account) and HBO(one of the free channels) AC made room really cool despite crazy hot weather and it was quieter than other hotel room ACs. Location is fine with a car and Uber service. I wouldn't feel comfortable walking to Inner Harbor. Some streets didn't looked safe.

I wish it was more walkable to Inner Harbor. The wifi did drag a bit in Netflix, but only while waiting for movies/series to start. Once started, no interruptions. Would prefer to have option of parking car myself in hotel lot to avoid valet charge.

We checked in late at night and the receptionist, Euell, was very warm, friendly and helpful. We immediately felt very welcome. We were very pleasantly surprised when we got to our room - it as much bigger than we expected and very well appointed. The bed was large and very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, spacious and well-appointed with a really nice shower. It was a bonus to have a full fridge and a microwave and a nice large pull out sofa and tvs with good channel selection. We were extremely comfortable and most happy with the room, which provided excellent value and was a great location, near the Johns Hopkins Hospital. The breakfast was included and it offers a great selection and great food. We really enjoyed it and we can't speak highly enough of the friendly staff, particularly Lamont, who is just simply phenomenal and always willing to do anything to ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need or want.

The only small thing was that it could sometimes be a bit noisy. Not within the hotel itself, but you could sometimes hear an ambulance or fire truck in the middle of he night. This is a product of the proximity to the hospital but we soon got used to it. Not an issue for us at all.

What went well: room was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and fully stocked kitchen (although I did not do any cooking). The staff from the kitchen, maintenance, front desk and valet men were all excellent.

My bed was too high. I'm 5 foot 0 inches. I had to dive on the bed and work my way around. I am disabled , in an accessible room. My only other complaint is valet parking only. $42/day but if you go out and come back they charge you another $42. For 2 days (under 48 hours) my bill for valet parking was $168.00 plus tips for the gentlemen providing the service.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Great Breakfast . Restaurant upstairs had delicious food.

Bar/ Restaurant was rented out on Saturday night. Unable to go to till after 10:30..Downstairs bar closed. No food nearby. No were to buy a large cup of coffee. Small one in room TG. Could have stayed longer if price was better. Husband was in John Hopkins for 1 week. I could only afford a 2 night stay. At 200 a night.

There was an exceptional employee named Lamont who greeted us at breakfast each morning, cheerful, helpful and helping us start our day in the most pleasant manner. The breakfast variety of offerings was also good. Kudos to Lamont.

We didn't have the room cleaned or refreshed in the 4 night stay. Not sure if we understood what signs should go on the door to signal that we wanted the room cleaned.

Stayed at the Residence Inn in 2020 just before The Lockdown & Pandemic to prepare for a medical procedure. Wow! What a difference! The property has been buffed out! It has had an upgrade! The room I had on 11/1/24 with a king bed was very comfortable. The staff were supportive and friendly: Especially Jewel on the front desk & Lamont in the dining room for breakfast.

I would suggest that the carpet be replaced in room 916.
