Breakfast is always something I look for when staying anywhere. Everything was delicious. There were so many options that everyone was covered. The bed was so comfortable. And I really enjoyed that you had a regular tub in a king room. A lot of hotels have the stand up showers and reserve the tubs for handicap or queen rooms. I also liked that you could open the windows and safety was also thought of. We were on the first floor but the windows only opened so far. Made for a relaxing atmosphere. As a prior housekeeping manager at another hotel, I must commend you all on the cleanliness of everything. Stunning and definitely a place I will be returning too. Everything was shiny, and squeaky clean.Thank you all so much for such a lovely stay.

Our thermostat/heat/ac unit didn't seem to work properly. Being able to open the windows took care of that issue, so it truly wasn't an issue. We were not uncomfortable or anything of the sort. We let them know as we were departing. Still, an amazing stay!

Loved the hot breakfast! Woman who was working on 10/20/24 (sorry I didn't get her name, I usually do) did a great job keeping stations full and clean! Hot oatmeal, crispy sausage and delicious cheese omelets. Love the idea of yogurt bar instead of individual cups. Less waste and I could add fresh fruits I like along with nuts to my yogurt. We will rebook simply for the amazing free breakfast! Room was perfect. Full size fridge, range and 2 microwave ovens. Just wonderful. Plenty of towels! Love the Dove products and that housekeeper filled each bottle. I hate when I get in shower and realize 1 or all 3 of the bottles are empty.

After a 3.5 hour drive I was exhausted. It took about 15 minutes to get checked in. There was no line, I think computer malfunction? The man working was friendly but he just took a very long time to find my reservation that I made through Booking.com. l completely understand that these things happen and if I hadn't arrived at 8pm after a long drive it may not have bothered me so much. I'm just used to getting checked in very quickly and at some properties even not having to check in and I'm able to go straight to my room after getting online room info. So I'm a bit spoiled by the range of check in methods I've experienced. Bottom line: guests just want to get checked in as quickly as possible.

We arrived and immediately we were greeted by Marianna- she was super pleasant and professional. There was a slight issue with our room so we needed to make a change and Prashanti and Michael worked on it due to it being a holiday weekend they really were amazing. They were super professional, had a warm demeanor and spoke to me with such politeness and apologized for any inconvenience this caused. We were so grateful for there hospitality. I give then 10 stars if I could, i wish all my interactions with all my future hotel staff is this warm and accommodating. Thank you so much

The staff, and housekeeping were all nice and respectful anything that we needed they got it done quick the grilling area was nice me and my family use it for a fun family day

The breakfast and lunch was the same thing every day I think they need to switch up the menu and the carpets and hallways needs some up to date fixing were the 400 -460 rooms are needs to be taken up and redone but overall everything was fine

Excellent hotel, clean, cozy, and a happy vibe. I love staying here when in town. The beds are comfortable, breakfast is always great. In the summer, the pool is kept clean and it’s a great place to just breathe and relax for a good value. I love that the room is always welcoming and bright and makes it feel like you are on a vacation. The kitchenettes have everything you need inside the room. Always clean and the front desk is nice and helpful. The owner is wonderful and gives the perfect recommendations for dinner. My favorite is across the street at Xenia. Easy to get to off 100.

The suite I chose was spacious and comfortable. The staff was always ready to help, and the environment was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of options to choose from.

I stayed for 8 days, and the suite was cleaned only once on the 5th day. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not thorough, as the housekeeper merely emptied the bin and did nothing else.

The facilities were in very good shape and kept very clean. The breakfast was more than we expected. It changed for the two mornings we were there, not always offering the same hot choices. The cold choices, breads and fruit were also very good. The manager was quite personable, greeting people during breakfast and ensuring they had everything they needed.

The breakfast was excellent. It wasn't continental which I appreciated. They had a Belgian waffle station. There was always eggs and a meat option (meat is usually pork). If you don't eat pork you always have the option of buying your own breakfast meat and cooking it youself as the rooms have refrigerator, microwave, and electric stovetop. Close to highway. 10 minute drive from shopping mall. A few restaurants and fast food franchises in close proximity.

Not a true "fitness center". My partner was very disappointed. It's a small room with 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill and some free weights. If you're looking for more there a few fitness centers nearby.

Breakfast and dinner was well but both could be update more it was the same thing every day they need to change up the menu more for dinner and breakfast but the service was nice the pool was nice very clean with a grilling area that me and my family enjoyed

the internet and cable kept going out they need to fix that,the hallways carpet could use some cleaning/update it have a weird smell to it

Beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also very good, especially considering it was included with the stay.

The hotel is nice, but it needs some updating throughout. The elevator is was very shaky and the carpeting is worn and dirty in several areas. That said, our suite was very clean, which is a definite win (I would rather have a clean room in an older hotel than a dirty room in a newer one!) We had a very nice stay.
