The location was excellent. Within walking distance or a very short drive to many excellent restaurants and within walking distance to great walking / jogging paths around the lake. Room was very nicely furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. Exterior of the hotel is very interesting / visually cool from an architectural standpoint. Free parking in a garage directly across the street. Would definitely return.

Housekeeping was a bit off. Went to use the travel sized shampoo bottle in the shower the first morning and it was only 1/4 filled. Toilet paper was less than 1/2 filled upon arrival without a replacement in sight. Front desk staff was excellent and quickly provided both, but these two items should be fully stocked upon arrival.

Front desk took a while to take our call. We needed some ice n we were on hold for a good 7mnts. Also u didn’t provide an ice bucket, so when the ice melted in the bag, which was sitting on the counter, it moved on its own overnight n spilled into the carpet. We notified the front desk of this n needed to soak up the water wt our bath towels. Overall everyone was friendly including the front desk but the wait on the phone was telling us they needed another person working the front desk for support. Especially during check in times as we arrived at 4pm. A very nice hotel n we will return there. Thanks the Romeros

Whenever I called to ask a question before my stay, the hotel was very professional and answered my call in a friendly manner. Check in and check out was easy. I was glad to order room service. The food was exceptional. The shuttle to the concert I went to was awesome. The driver was very accommodating. My overall experience was a great one.

The environment, staff and overall vibe were all amazing! I loved the taste of Columbia that the Merriweather Lakehouse offers (e.g. photos related to Columbia, view and proximity to the lakefront & nearby events)! Many walkable activities.

I wouldn’t say, “didn’t like.” Something I “would like” is to see local goods sold in the coffee shop. I noticed there was a tea from Texas and some other goods-how fun! An idea-get local coffee/espresso. There is a place I can recommend. Also, many other local goods that could be shared/sold at this amazing spot♥️

Great location, clean & modern room, very nice staff. Oscar, the shuttle driver, was very pleasant and accommodating. He made the ride to and from the concert at Merriweather Post Pavilion fun! We also appreciated the water he provided after the concert.

The cost is too high. Breakfast should be complimentary.

I ate breakfast all three mornings during my stay. All three meals were different and excellent.

I have no complaints about the conditions and circumstances of my stay. I was looking for a quiet and restful weekend. And that is exactly what I was given.

It was very clean, the location was perfect. It is right across from the mall and lot of restaurants. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

I was a bit disappointed that on New Year’s Eve I just wanted to take a drink up to my room and the bartender haven’t fully closed yet but he refused to pour me a glass of (any) drink.

Beautiful & convenient location- we loved the walkability to the mall!! The lake view from our room was incredible. The shuttle to the Merriweather Pavilion was so much fun, and all hotel employees were so sweet and helpful to us.

Pillows were very hard/lumpy

The staff were very hospitable and friendly. Morgan went above and beyond to compensate for the mishap with housekeeping. The view of the lake from the hotel, amenities and close proximity to shops, restaurants and concert venue was awesome.

I loved everything about the hotel. The decor was immaculate. We also loved the rooftop pool and restaurant. The gym even had a view of the lake. This hotel is a little hidden gem in Columbia. I highly recommend staying her for business or pleasure. It serves everyones needs!
