Location was great, less than a 10 minute drive to the Amphitheatre. Free shuttle provided. Warm cookie and water upon arrival and a bonus allergen free cookie option!

We were four guests and were only provided 3 bath towels instead of four The location and pick up time from the shuttle bus a bit clearer. That was a bit confusing. Lastly our room was 232 and that was a bit odd because it was in direct view of the open elevator hallway, anyone standing could see directly in if / when the door is open.

The staff was always very attentive and helpful to us. The location has a gym with very good cardio equipment and free weights. Perfect for our daily circuit training. The Doubletree warm cookie was a nice treat.

During our stay one of the two elevators was out of order. We were on top floor, so sometimes a longer than typical wait for the single working elevator. We didn't check with the staff on plans to fix, but hopefully this is just a temporary issue.

I loved the location and how secluded it was. The property was cleaned and seemed well maintained. The staff members were helpful and answered any questions that we had. We did a later check in due to sight seeing and being at the mall, but it was handled well.

I did not like that the breakfast was a normal continental but they charged $16 for it, and $3 for coffee.

The staff were amazing-Jean Civil and George Ramirez and staff were way above amazing. The shuttle drivers to the concert - amazing. I hope everyone realizes what an amazing staff they have even those amazing ones that came around and did our rooms. It takes an entire staff to make the stay excellent and you guess have them.

Only cuz it’s a question- a little more diverse menu post concert - when we go to the restaurant at 11 pm lol

I enjoyed our room! It was clean, welcoming, relaxing, and sexy. We liked the location and the many restaurants in the area. It was secluded and made it a great hideaway for a romantic night.

I didn't like that we couldn't extend the stay. We wanted to stay an extra day and even though we wanted to pay more, we would have if we could have kept the room.

Did not realize it was $16.95 pp. However, good selection and the cook personally brought my husband two eggs done per his request.

Restaurant is pricey. Good variety on the dinner menu. My seafood pasta entree was excellent. It needed a bit more pasta and one mussel wasn't eaten as it didn't open when cooked. Our server was super nice. The check in woman. Best, was wonderful. She warned up that a youth lacrosse team was there. The girls were out of control. Running, yelling. A group of their parentsparents were sitting around a table drinking at the bar. Zero supervision or acknowledgement of the constant disruption and noise caused.

Love love the shuttle to the concert that is by far the best thing. Rooms are very clean. Lobby with bar very nice feature. Especially if you are going to a concert at Merriweather.And the mall is so close! Well maintained property can't say enough about this hotel. Last but not least, our shuttle driver was so much fun!!!!

I booked through BOOKING.COM for 2 nights. Within my cancelation period I canceled 1 night. Instead of charging me for 1 night $220...I was charged $414.00 due to the large number of bookings here this weekend!!?? Spoke to Hotel Manager and was told he had no control it was all in Bookings hands. Very disappointed.

Comfy bed, big rooms. Bit weird to have inner facing rooms but everything else was so great it didn’t matter. Staff was friendly. Open common area where I was able to work remotely. Wish I used the pool but lots of other people seemed to!

Bit weird to have inside facing rooms but not too bad. I received the check out dossier which charged me way more than what I was told on Hotels.com but the front desk person was kind and quickly resolved it.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient to everything we had planned.

The only issue we had was there was no shower Gel in the room. I think it was just an oversized because we two shampoo containers.
