Not sure of the breakfast question, we did not know that was an option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the accommodations were the best.

The only thing we did not like (no fault of your organization), I could not get an extended check out time. My session with the Clergy (DMIN) focus group lasted until 5pm. I booked another night in order for my wife to have a comfortable place to stay. This is why we checked out early according to your records on Thursday evening which I paid for. We did have a difficult time logging on the T.V., your staff did a great job with that the next day due to our late arrival.

The space is great. Suoer spacious and comfortable. Check in is a real challenge and you can walk a mile or more trying to find the checkin and entrance.

The only thing that is really challenging is navigating the bldg and the layout. Until you walk through the whole bldg and figure out elevators, you walk a LOT

Extremely convenient to Merryweather Pavilion. The unit was large and modern, with private washer and dryer. Covered parking in the attached garage. Texting guest services was helpful and staff were responsive and friendly.

They ran out of blankets so I was given multiple sheets to use as a blanket on the pull out couch. The code directions are clear but its a 7 digit code that needs to be entered several times to get to check in. You are also only given one physical keycard. The code can be continued to be used but the key is much more convenient. Or a shorter code.

It was my second time and this time things were so much better and unit was clean. Check in was smoother and easy.. I appreciated their help and flexibility when I needed to extend my stay.. I had a baby with me and instead on moving me to another unit..they worked it out that I stay in the same unit to avoid the hassle of moving my stuff and baby. I had a great stay

The vents are about the bed so the heat blowing can be harsh. I ended up getting a humidifier to help. I also wish they had black out curtains it is very bright in the bedroom at night.

It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not only because it was priced way below other hotels, but because the accommodations, staff, and location were top notch. However you guys can are able to achieve that level of hospitality, don’t stop. You have a life long customer in me. I am willing to travel the 2.5 hours it takes to get there, solely to stay in your establishment. Thank you.

Great location, apartment was really nice, great amenities. I would definitely recommend & stay again. Bonus: several restaurants are opening within walking distance (Caribbean eats & Japanese bbq are a few

Only downside: the water turns cold VERY FAST. U literally can only take a 5-6 minute shower. And extra towels would be nice. If u know 2 people are staying for 2 nights, providing only 2 towels isn’t sufficient.

I love the location and view from my room. It was quiet and comfortable with everything included for me to be comfortable.

I absolutely dislike the check-in process. I wish they would find a better process for allowing access to the garage before check-in. In addition, I had such trouble with the television channels.

but it could’ve been cleaner there was oatmeal on the carpet that wasn’t vacuumed up In the bedroom which was kinda gross and then the carpet in the living room with the entertainment center wasn’t vacuumed up because it was lots of crumb dust and hair it was gross I just felt like it could’ve been cleaner but the was stay was nice other than that

The location of the hotel is amazing. I liked that it was in the downtown Columbia area where there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. We could see a pool below our room outside. The suite/room decor was great- reminded me of a model home. We had a 2 bedroom unit that reminded me of a large extended stay hotel. It had a beautiful kitchen that was fully equipped with plates, pots, pans, etc. There was a washer/dryer, large walk-in closet, beautiful bathroom. The only drawback was the 2nd bedroom because it was only large enough for the queen bed inside it. But that wasn't a problem for us.

We didn't like the size of the 2nd bedroom because it was small but it was cozy.

The style, design, and decor of the apartment room were well thought out and beautiful. The living spaces were very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen appliances were very nice. The balcony is an added plus. It was nice to be able to go outside and have a view. The restaurants and shops are conveniently located in walking distance. Great location for the hotel. The doors, hallways, and elevators all appear to be wider and larger, or ADA compliance.

The parking garage steel doors were no operational. There were limited parking spaces outside. When checking out, the access key needs to be returned, but then we can't access the elevator to leave. In this case, a staff member will need to help us or we will have to take the stairs. There was dust in the air from the unfinished work. We were warned ahead of time, but some walls still had wet paint.
