This booking was a steal. Not only did everything come as advertised and function well, but the room was absolutely elegant. It blew me away and far exceeded my expectations. The mounted shower soap pumps were a first for me, and I hope they become more popular because they are very convenient.

Clearly renovations were underway, but they did not ruin the experience.

Too much pork, no other offers for meat

Need to add other than pork products pork in everything even the potato. Everybody doesn't eat pork for health reasons. evening desk person was not available had to wait for the night shift or day shift person. Very bad service during the evening Saturday and Sunday.

Location to event , restaurants and staff was excellent at making you feel welcome

Breakfast was great, location was safe and quiet. Rooms were comfy and clean.

The couch in the room had a bad smell. I think it has to do with the animals allowed on property.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was clean and modern. I love the updates they made. Unfortunately they did not update the televisions so we were unable to use our apps to watch televisions.

Quiet, low traffic, good location

My only dislike is th e staff didn't come get trash none of the three nights I was there. I had removed trash as I went out. Everything else was exceptional. Thanks see you next time... CARLA

Everyone was super friendly and inviting. The room was huge compared to some others I've stayed in. The bed was super soft.

the beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever had at any hotel. It was so nice after a long drive! the staff was very friendly and we had our room upgraded

there were many yucky stains on the couch and there wasn’t much food for breakfast. it looked like many things were not available like milk and variety.

The suite we stayed in (2BR) was very spacious, clean and well equipped with all basic amenities needed to enjoy the stay... Also, the location is quiet and ideally situated for getting to the Airport and downtown Baltimore.

The only issue we encountered, was with the electronic keys that initially didn't work after check in, as our hands were full and the outer rear door and room door wouldn't unlock, so had to call the front desk and wait approx 15 mins to have someone bring us a new set.. No problems after that though.
