Relatively new facility with non boring design. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Major surprise - very spacious rooms. Not sure if anyone ever used the kitchen, but it's there. Shuttle service was reliable and easy to find. We only stayed overnight so not much else to add. I recommend the place.

Despite being located in a relatively remote area, the parking was not free. Moreover, for some reason extended parking was 2x more expensive than the regular and we were not informed about that (I reached out to the support beforehand to clarify the details). Since many probably use this hotel for a stay before their flights, it would be nice to offer to-go breakfast option for those who depart early.

We were greeted by the Hotel manager when checking in. She was very friendly and welcoming. Was very pleased with this hotel. The lobby was open and welcoming also. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have had at a hotel . The room was very nice and roomy , we had a king suite , the bed was so comfortable and will definitely stay at this place again. We learned this hotel also offered free shuttle to local restaurants and to the mall. We used this service they were ready when we scheduled a ride and when we were ready to be picked up We just called and had them Come back to get us.

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Everything! Staff, DM, location, breakfast, cleanness. What a wonderful place to be! Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by the district manager (Donna Marie) with a "Welcome Home" I didn't know how those two words would rang so true to our stay at Home2 Suites. But they did rang true. It was just like being home. The kindness of the staff and their attentivness to our needs superseded anything I had hope for. The suite was large and clean! I asked before we went into our room if I could get a clean bed spread(my paranoia after seeing so many videos on what hotels clean and what they don't) I was immediately told by the manager that they are change upon every departure of a room, this reassured me and when we got into the room we could see why they call it Home2. It was spotless. They have white bed covers so you can immediately see if there was anything out of place! Our stay was perfect! The breakfast was good and I was surprised by how much food and the variety they offered. My jubilation of the choice this hotel was elevated even more, when I had forgot an item at the hotel. The staff quickly retrieved it and sent it to me! How great was that? I will make this my home away from home whenever I come back to the area to stay. It was and is well worth the visit.

Nothing! Really everything was wonderful. I truly don't have anything to say that I didn't like.

First, an foremost the shuttle pickup at the Airport was a great transition and ride to the hotel the driver a young lady was very nice.Upon arrival at the hotel my wife and I was greeted by Ms.Donna Marie the General Manager ,She was so nice cordial, professional and very hospitable towards us. We felt Special ,like family and right at home. AWESOME!!!!!

I liked the room because it had a real refrigerator and freezer and not a mini one. It was clean and kept my food very cold. The bed was very comfortable and microwave was very convenient. I enjoyed having the shuttle carry me to the mall. I just wished they had hours between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. when it resumed. Two drivers were courteous when I used it.

The breakfast was average. It ended at 9:00 a.m. and if you came any time after 8:30 most of it was gone. And what was left wasn't appealing. The scenery was not pleasing. I was looking down on the utilities operation. One other shuttle driver was lazy. He did not get out to open and shut the doors like the other two drivers.

The room was exactly what we needed, check in was easy, people were friendly.

The shuttle service to the airport was late. When the front desk called for them to come over to get us no one answered the phone. I walked over to Fairfield Inn and noticed the front desk employee sitting with AirPods in her ears! No wonder she couldn’t hear the phone! That made us 15-20min late getting to the airport for an international flight. I see that as unacceptable behavior on her part!

I always stay here and I’m always satisfied everytime. I did have a slight run in with one of the host but after i checked in I didn’t see him for the rest of the weekend so that was good for me.

Breakfast was amazing. A lot to choose from whether hot or cold. Kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to highway and close to mall area which was key to choosing this location. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. For sure will be returning to this hotel in the near future.

I like everything about this place. It was clean and very family friendly. Amazing amount of room space when traveling with four children.
