The hotel had friendly staff and a clean room. The room was a good size. Breakfast was very good. Egg, meat, potatoes, pastries, and waffles. The pool was closed which was a bummer. We couldn’t easily connect the TV to YouTube. We had to use a phone as a hotspot to make that work. All of these things aren’t deal breakers. Would stay here again for sure.

Pool was closed. The luggage cart had a flat tire. Everything else was fine.

The room was just like the picture so I was very pleased and it was clean but you can tell a little old in the hallway but it was NOT a bad experience BUT THE FREE BREAKFAST NEEDS WORK that wasn't great so if it was more than ham one meat would have been nice and the orange juice was horrible it wasn't orange juice it tasted like it was mixed with grapefruit juice and it wasn't any other option just water 🤔 cranberry juice would have been nice other than that WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN 👍🏾😉

The breakfast options and the hallway was not great very out dated needs work maybe paint and a new rug something brighter to match the lobby 👍🏾 and the back exit door was kept UNLOCKED we didn't need to use our key card it was just open NOT GOOD NOT SAFE they need to make sure the doors lock because that's what it say USE CARD KEY TO ENTER

With traveling, I've stayed in a lot of nice places over the years, but what we got here, for the money, was astonishing, never expected! Easy access to everything, comfortable, clean, friendly, best value for money spent ever.

Nice, spacious and clean room.

There was two days where water did not even get warm to shower. The Sitting furniture such as chair and ottoman was totally worn dirty and needed to be replaced.

Loved the size of the room, the kitchenette with all appliances, robust wifi, variety at breakfast and some restaurants in walking distance and more close by with a short drive.

Staff didn't tidy room on my 2nd day.

The bed! Very nice linens. No big heavy comforter (inappropriate in warm weather). Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in the past 5 years. So many are hard as a rock, like sleeping on the floor. This bed was just lovely. Towels were very plush, thick and thirsty. Very very nice. A full-sized refrigerator, which worked perfectly, was as promised and we used it every day.

Had to ask several times for toilet tissue. (We never requested that our room to be cleaned in 8 days). Insufficient hangers, had to ask 3 times while a staff person "looked for some hangers" (??) No pans in the room despite a two burner stove top. No utensils either. Had to ask for silverware and staff person had to "looked for some silverware" (They did finally find two of each fork, knife, etc and told us we could not have 4 of each.) No dishtowels or dishrag for cleaning up and drying dishes. (We bought a sponge.) Shower head was so high I could not reach it AT ALL. No bench or seat in shower. English muffins at breakfast were good and fresh, the rest was disappointing bottom-shelf stuff.

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was well designed, clean and cozy. We were happy with the check-in and check-out process. Dining area was also nice. TV should have had FOX News on instead of fake news.

In our room, at the transition from the bedroom to the bathroom, the carpet tacks were exposed, and my husband cut his foot on them. We told the receptionist, and she said she would send someone right away to look at it and fix it.

The room was very comfortable. The location is convenient for our visit.

The pool wasn't working. That was fine for us but unexpected for others. There was only one elevator working.

Breakfast and location was great

Everything was great except not being to cast to the television. The remote says Netflix but it’s not on the tv. It makes being in the room a bit of a drag because you can’t be entertained by shows/movies. Remove the wifi from the tv and connect it to the hotels wifi.

The front end staff was very friendly and I was a bit early for check on due to a conflicting appointment. She checked and my room was not ready but found another room which was ready and checked me in so I had no problem getting to my other appointments
