Everything . The room was very comfortable.

The fact that the staff was watching everyone while having breakfast. I have not experienced this at any other hotel. It made a person feel uncomfortable.

The room as clean and modern! The room was spacious. I liked my view from the 3rd floor even though it was over the back parking lot. The window let in a lot of sunlight. I loved the body length mirror so that I could see my full outfit before leaving. I also liked there were no closed off spaces or closets for the sake of security. Breakfast was nice. The toaster signage was a bit confusing but we were able to use it to warm up our waffles. I loved the fried egg and bacon. There was plenty parking in the parking lot. The front desk associate was kind when I checked in.

I kept hearing a banging sound on the other side of the wall during bedtime.

The hotel was clean and functional, with nothing particularly memorable, but it served its purpose. It’s located between Washington and Baltimore, which makes it a convenient stop for those traveling through the area. While it was cheaper than staying in central Washington, it still felt quite expensive considering the basic level of comfort. This seems to be a general trend in the U.S.—nightly rates are high even when accommodations are fairly modest.

The breakfast was very low-standard, with minimal variety and no fresh options.

Room was perfect. Room was clean, pillows were perfect. We stayed several days in the beginning and end of our travels, and this hotel is conveniently located to DC and Baltimore. Plenty of places around the place to eat. Easy in and out. Security on the doors all worked, which is a big plus for me. They have great staff, and a little place to buy snacks. We tried to make breakfast everyday, and there was a good, but standard variety to choose from. Some days were packed, so maybe they could have had more on hand.

Nothing really, just they should anticipate when they have lots of families, and prepare more for breakfast.

Service couldn't have been better, very accommodating and pleasant. Amenities in room, ie fridge, microwave not found in more 'upgrade' hotels where I've stayed. Also includes ice machine, laundromat and gym. Also conveniently situated in Laurel for easy access to whatever you need in the area.

Didn't not like, but thought the breakfast was not as appetizing as it could be, but was definitely sufficient for a quick pick me up.

The view was cool, pretty spacious rooms, a nice bathroom. The pool was cool even tho we didn't get a chance to swim. The waffles were wonderful. And it's in a pretty nice location where alot of convenient stores were available nearby which was very handy.

The room did smell a bit like smoke, not overwhelmingly so but it was noticeable. The staff did offer for someone to try and correct it but it wasn't so so bad so we declined. Just noted it to staff as they seem to be pretty set on their no smoking policy and we didn't want them to feel it was us. Would be nice if they had smart tvs, we did manage to find some stuff to watch on cable, but being able to stream would've been nice.

It was quiet and very clean and loved the new upgrade. And loved the gym. I always had it to myself. :)

New look and liked the breakfast. My only side note was the individuals making the breakfast. At times I felt like the lady would just sit and stare. Made me feel uncomfortable but apart from that liked it.

Everything was great! I’ll definitely come back. Clean room, stylish hotel, renovated! Super friendly and handsome mens at the front desk. Breakfast (6am to 9am) was great for $100/night I’m originally from Russia and I’m used to good service and details, which is not enough in the country, but this hotel looks like a homeland’s hotels

04/28 the pool didn’t work, it should open from the end of May, despite the fact that outside is hot and there was no information about it. My 5 years old was upset.

Clean hotel. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast. Made-to-order waffles at breakfast. Coffee and tea. Good price.

TV - Dish Network - didn't offer CBS- which was airing a football game that was our motivation for getting off the highway earlier than otherwise. We ended up watching the game on our phone. The first light when entering the room didn't work. Didn't receive breakfast tickets when we checked, we were almost refused breakfast. Love fried eggs; they just hold over well in a buffet-stick with scrambled.

Front desk staff was wonderful, room clean, coffee was pretty good too!

No complaints for the price paid! Read some complaints about slamming doors and noise. Any hotel is loud, and a heavy door sounds like a safer door to me, lol. Turn on the background noise on your phone and turn it up and you'll sleep like a baby anywhere. I can't travel anywhere without using it.
