Everything!!! The front desk lady is absolutely stunning with amazing customer service (wavey silky hair west African or Egyptian female)

It’s 3 individuals (one having a dog ) that’s lives in room 124, every week I come they are : loud, out in their car being loud and having a party/cooking on the grill ,I can hear them two doors away (and I’m always in room 128), talking literally outside my door, and overall just not being mindful of others on the first floor, especially handicapped individuals… I request for a room on the backside last week but got room 128 and had the same thing happen with the individuals in room 124, everytime I’m in the front side I’m gonna request and just wait for a clean room on the backside next week, even if it takes an hour to be ready If not I will ask for refund and will find another local red roof inn, it’s no big deal :)

Small and efficient. It was clean and well kept.

No coffee machine in the room. Almost every hotel I have ever been in has a coffee machine in the room. this hotel does not have one. Also the toilet seat was loose and coming off.

My card key kept losing it's memory. They had to reprogram it 3 times... but we figured out it was because I kept it with my phone...

I love the space of the room. The bed were quite comfortable. I also liked that my room did not smell like smoke.

The neighborhood seems a little dangerous. As a women solo traveler I was a bit scared but I locked my door with every lock possible. The elevator seemed creapy. The AC needs some work, room smelled a little musty.

I liked the rooms they were comfortable, and clean. The location was perfect for my working needs. Customer service was great. I like it and definitely stay here again.

I couldn't find a ice machine or any kind of vending machine, one of the rooms I was in had a poorly working a/c unit but was manageable.

Carla at the front desk was the embodiment of customer service. She was incredibly accommodating to our special needs. I have an immuno compromised daughter and we could not go into a public area like the lobby so she prepared all our registration material and came outside to take care of us by our car. Brava Carla. The location was incredibly convenient for us, and the room was very clean and comfortable. To be honest, we are used to much higher standard style of accommodations, but this room met all our needs and we would definitely consider RRI again in the future.

As wonderful as Carla was at the front desk at night, the daytime front desk gentlemen was the exact opposite. I called from the road two what the front desk know we would be arriving rather late and wanted to confirm our arrangements. To put it mildly… He was rude. I wish I asked him his name. We had requested a first floor room as a priority because of my daughters health and we were told that would be accommodated, but this man said he wouldn’t have a first floor room because he was busy and he created a rather poor expectation on our part. Thankfully Carla made up for all his shortcomings.

The staff and all are excellent work with you and are very knowledgeable

The room and property were clean. The elevator is a big help.

I know Covid has affected the industry, but a soda machine or coffee would be a plus.

..l'm happy to say, l don't have any major complaints other than hearing people talk out in the parking lot, but nothing that annoyed me to the point of reporting it. There usually isn't anything that keeps me awake unless l want to be awake.

I liked everything about the room. That was comfortable it was very quiet there
