Customer Service was 5-Star; and the room was clean and spacious, especially the bathroom, plenty of room

Parking is limited close to the hotel and not enough handicapped parking, which made it a little more difficult for us; the carpets need cleaning; pillows are too soft and kept me awake (will bring my own, from now on;and breakfast needs an upgrade, I actually had an upset stomach from breakfast, which ruined the first part of our day

It was clean and quiet. Check in was easy. The rooms were neatly kept and the beds were comfortable, as was the pull out couch! Traveling with 3 kids, we needed to use all the beds in the room. We were not disappointed!

The area didn't have much to do near us, though we did find a great place to order food from. We wouldn't have been able to walk to do anything. If you're looking for a spot to stay in while you pass thigh on your journey, this is great for that.

Nice quiet room. The outside area and the car that seemed to be just hanging around seemed questionable if how safe it was. But the door was solid and secure. Wasn't disturbed by noise or problems. The waffle, sausage, and eggs (of you are early enough) was great.

Being put on the outer edge of the building. Towards the main road. Was a rough looking questionable area. Was raining and water pouring off the roof. Needs better eve trough to handle the water.

It was in a good location with plenty of restaurants/shopping around. My room was clean and smelled good. My coffee maker wasn't working but I was able to text the front desk and they had it replaced before I got back from work. I liked having the fitness center there. I used the treadmill in the morning.

How the front desk staff explain things. And on the app says pay when you arrive to the destination and they charge my card before I got there I try to ask questions and it’s was like I was asking something to a wall no answer or explanation at all. I think better training will make the difference

The location was good. I have some issues about the breakfast: I suggest that fruits were offered, and that all itens should be kept during week days.

We found small bugs (very small insects) coming to the room from under the door.

Loved the price, friendly staff, decent breakfast, good wifi, easy parking and comfortable beds. Worth it for a cheap, safe place to stay near a lot of takeout restaurants. Staff helped with any issue and promptly requested maintenance for items that were reported.

Some things needed maintenance. The first room they gave me had a broken door that wouldn't open, but I was given a new one. The new room had a leaky sink and a bathtub whose tub-plug wouldn't stay in place. No trashcan in bathroom.

Air conditioning didn't work in first room so we switched to a new room that was much better

I have stayed in many economy hotels/motels so I was pleasantly surprised that the accommodations were just a little bit better than most of the places where I have stayed previously. The linens were crisp, the bathroom was spotless and breakfast was great.

That I only stayed for one night and didn't get to enjoy the accommodations as much as I would have liked.
