Clean!! Shower, toilet, sink and floor were clean! There were clean towels. The beds appeared clean but I used my own blanket on top of the comforter so don’t know if it was dirty or not. Extra roll of tissue. TV was easy to use, WiFi was easy to connect to. Room had everything you need in a small space. There is parking in front of the doors so you can see your car right outside your window. The room looks nice, just needs to get better style of comforters to match the room. Love the vinyl plank floor for easy cleaning. My two big dogs were comfortable and could lay out by the door.

The lights are too bright; the bulbs next to the beds need to be warm instead of white. My room was in front of an accessible spot so it was hard to keep an eye on my car two spaces over. Climate control was a little poor but the AC worked well for a night. The room can feel cramped with two big dogs and luggage. Two people might feel a bit cramped, too, but it is doable.

The cleanliness was good. Day time staff were very friendly, and the night time staff was alright. Rooms were comfy, though slightly small for 4 of us.

The fact that a pool was listed on the site but in fact there was no pool. This was a main selling point for us so the fact that there wasn't one when we got there was very disappointing.

Very important, I like the fact that the entire building is well light up, it sure helps if someone is being chased/ or attached.

Some of the microwaves, are rusty inside and out, carpets by each room, walkway area, should be replaced, they totally worn out, rubber carpets, would be just fine.

The friendly guy behind the reception was a bonus. The room was convenient and clean... Coffee in the lobby

Couldn't find the Pool. The concrete on the gallery looked dangerous There was only 1 chair

THE FACT THAT WHEN I GOT THE BOOKING.COM CARD DECLINED SO IT TOOK MORE THEN 30MINS TO CHECK IN AND I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM TO BOOK MY RESERVATIONS FOR NOW ON!! AND I NEED THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY ROOM I DIDN'T RECEIVE A MICROWAVE IN MY ROOM.

Ice machines and laundry was a little inconvenient especially if you were staying in the front or on the up floor

we have never gotten breakfast at this location just coffee would be a great accommodation for your guests

$50 deposit when you pay daily is a big inconvenience

Very convenient to dining and other services. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful

Kept finding some tiny ants. However we know they can cause a problem for anyone anywhere it wasn’t a big deal. Front staff was very apologetic and said they have been trying hard to get rid of them.

Bus service is close, but a very slow system.

The silence and the location was just too good for the price I paid for.

The pillows, they are not comfortable but I guess it was because of the price I picked.
