I went to Baltimore to get a lipo surgery and took my sister, my son and I with me. I can say that that was the best place to stay! The place is nice, the rooms comfortable and clean, comfortable mattresses, nice tv with Netflix and apps and a nice restroom. Our stay included buffet type breakfast that had a lot of selections. There are washers and dryers available for just 3,5 dollars. Ther was a pool in the patio with chairs to relax with the family. I had a good stay that allowed me to recover during my post surgery. Also, is well located, near gas stations, restaurants and shopping centers.

The room had an odor to it, smelled as if it use to be a smoking room. The deadbolt on the door was the WORST PART! every time we opened the door, the deadbolt would stay stuck out and it was difficult trying to keep it in without opening and closing the door many times. It was a great inconvenience. But those were the only 2 issues.

The breakfast was convenient and tasty.

On the business side of it, there were issues. I needed a receipt after checking out, but was told their machine was down and that I would get an emailed receipt. The receipt still has not been emailed to me. In this day and time with scammers and hackers, this is not acceptable. Now, I have to call the property and demand one. I do not have the time for such inconveniences.

Staff was amazing at check in, the house keepers were very friendly, the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful! The cleanliness was excellent and above my expectations. The breakfast was good, there’s definitely an option for everyone!

The bath faucet and shower head were a little funny, but nothing that broke the experience here! Very lovely place!

Staff very nice, location perfect for visiting friend, bed was so comfortable, good breakfast.

Nothing critical… tub initially held water when showering, mirror in room hung crooked, lamp between beds needs replaced. The important things to me were just fine.

Comfortable rooms with everything basic things needed

Staff couldn't help me when I got stocked, setting up the baby's crib. And that it was the only crib available, meaning if I couldn't succeed, I couldn't sleep because I would be worried about the baby's safety

Front desk staff were all very friendly, breakfast lady really hustled to make sure that the stations were well stocked, room was very clean, cleaning staff were friendly, beds were comfy. No complaints!

the breakfast was lovely and full, location was perfect close to local stores and shops.

the gym was out of order during our stay, we really wanted to workout but the hotel was transferring/ swapping equipment. Bummer.

Not impressive Break fast not fantastic, at a point I stopped and even when I do I go for coffee only. But there was this nice lady there called Tibiets. Very helpful and happy to help you with everything you need. I have to say, she loves her job.

Improve on breakfast, get variety of foods and vegitables if possible

the only change i would suggest is that someone turn down the common area t v after 10-11 pm. My room was right beside it, #105, and it was on all night the nights I stayed. Just a suggestion.
