I really appreciated the kindness, & welcoming feeling from the office manager & other personel. The perk is the laundry room is inside the building and there's multiple ice machine's, even a deep freezer ice machine w/bigger ice cubes! Not to mention the restaurant & bar lounge right next door that connects to the first floor of the hotel! I really wish I would've came in August with my children cause the outside pool area looks like you're at a swim club, very nice.

I had to drag my stuff up the stairs, instead of having a room on the first floor, inside the building, or outside.

The pool was clean and well kept. The restaurant on site was very convenient and fun. Parking was never a problem. The location is close to anything you could think of!!! Literally walking distance to whatever you need! They're pet friendly and they didn't take a hold on my card!!! The staff was very attentive and friendly. They came as soon as i called and addressed any issue. The room ( king room and double room) is very spacious and comfortable!

The smell was a little overwhelming. Like old water. One room smelled of urine.

Breakfast not pleasurable. Dry cereal and coffee.

There was very soft ground near the pool, and when I stepped onto the grass, it was soft, and I sunk into the ground and fell. My husband could not get me up and had to get assistance from another guest. Nothing was broken but I have a bad bruise on the side of my nose. I reported this to the clerk at the front desk and said they should get it fixed before somebody else falls.

Very friendly staff, the room was nice especially for the price, and the fridge was actually a lot bigger than most low-cost hotels/motels.

The sink was slightly broken underneath, which wasn't a big deal at all and the staff were very helpful about it and helped take care of it, and even offered a new room.

The staff was very helpful, welcome, and friendly! The atmosphere was relaxing, Grumpy bar and grill was great vibes! The pool was cleaned spotless! ...the rooms were bigger than expected! I was completely satisfied with the bang for my buck😊

The hotel itself was outdated! The floors were sticky and the rooms were a little muggy! The pool floor is really rough and my son cut his foot so we purchased brand new socks to swim with.

The night desk man was very nice and understanding to my lack of knowledge of the area He gave very Clear directions to the room We needed a room for a few hours sleep

The beds were hard for us

Everything was fine 🙂 9 people 3 nights. All family, lodging there, for a funeral. I would stay there again.

One microwave didn't work. 1 remote control missing. No big deal, grandchildren used their games with Wi-Fi. We shared microwaves. Problem solved.

The staff were all very nice!

Some of the other guests were loud,/arguing on weekend nights, and a dog barked a lot

Front desk peebles very friendly and vary Accommodating period. The Room was huge in a big t v period

Although the room was made, it didn't need a little more updated.
