I was pleased with the breakfast. The eggs were done nicely, the sausage was hot. Making waffles was easy(except for the numbers of kids carelessly attempting to do the same🙄). The woman maintaining the food & area is a saint for her patience. There were also enough other options to satisfy most people. Each staff person we talked with at the front desk was friendly & very accomodating.

Interestingly, the bell from the elevator could be heard through the room door some 4 rooms down the hall.

Very convenient, friendly staff, breakfast was acceptable. The breakfast staff during the week was OUTSTANDING!

The lobby “shop” which was the only place to get beverages on site was absurdly expensive. $6 for a Diet Coke…I realize I could have planned differently to bring those items with me but, honestly, I was shocked at the cost. More expensive than Disney resort prices for a bottled, non-alcoholic beverage for a hotel that does not offer 24-hour coffee or water.

Was happy with the hotel and room . Good value . 2nd best hotel Iv stayed at . Only issue which Iv seen others mention is it’s a big area for baseball tournaments so you have noisy loud running around the hotel baseball kids . Guy at desk tried it put me away from them without me even bringing it up , I understood , you’ll run into it at any of the hotels in that area . Around 9pm we did have kids doing laps running in the hallway floor to floor . A tad annoying , stood in the halfway waiting for them at one point . Staff didn’t come up and patrol the hall and it stopped . I’m not a complaining Karen but we had a 5am wake up the next morning , wasn’t the end of the world , and I wouldn’t even judge the hotel for this . It was handled, I was once a traveling sport kid staying in hotels , I get it let them be kids . Otherwise hotel was great snd very nice

Cleanliness and location. Front desk was very welcoming and offered us great suggestions. Checking in after 4pm with only 3 hrs to explore he gave us the best things to do. When returning for the night he also asked how everything went. Not being familiar with the area it is nice to have someone give you the history of the nearby area with great suggestions. Definitely want to come back to spend more time.

Quick, professional check-in, Large comfortable rooms. 2 elevators. Extensive well stocked breakfast with a good mix of hot and cold items. Friendly breakfast staff and housekeepers. Newly renovated and conveniently located right off 95 with multi tier dining and other services nearby. Well worth the price and stay. A real find.

The staff was great at check in and check out. The room was clean. The location was great. Short distance from many shops and attractions, main highways.

The shower was just a head, no detachable wand. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. All lights in the main room had to be turned on and off individually. There was no central switch for a main light.

It was clean and enjoyed the stay

Front desk clerk was not at the desk when I arrived and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to show up and check me in. After I was checked in he assigned me the incorrect room and I had to go all the way back down to the lobby to get the room corrected

Hotel was VERY clean! Staff was nice and professional. Location was great for me. Just off I-95 with easy access. Hotel located near relative I was visiting.

Probably picky but maybe a larger breakfast selection. What was offered was good would have liked more variety.

The staff is always professional and pleasant. Ms. Rita, the breakfast room attendant, has a lovely personality and makes everyone feel like they're part of the family. The rooms are modern, updated, with nice walk-in showers. Good wi-fi.

In a former review, I had mentioned the breakfast offerings were limited and there was a bad smell in the rear breakfast area. The bad smell was not there this time, (the breakfast room was spotless) and there were more breakfast offerings, though still a bit limited.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. There was a shopping center across the street that had places to eat and get a few drinks. Gas station was located directly across the street for convenience.

We checked in a little late because we drove into town earlier that evening for a show in the neighboring town of Havre De Grace. The show ended around 11pm so by the time we got to the hotel, there was virtually no parking left. Thankfully, we ended up finding one spot left behind the hotel next door so we didn't have far to walk.
